Today evening I was really offended by the staff there. The shop was opened but unattended when i finally met the staff member I told her tht I was waiting for more than 5min she started talking offensive to me for no reason. Even Iast time I went there I faced a similar situation. Now I dont recommend this place to anyone until they take an action .

Worst customer service ever…so rude…She became angry when I threw away 3 empty bottles in the bin, as if I had committed a crime.She threatened to call the police if I threw away any more rubbish.Guess what, I put another bottle on the way out to make her more angry.Honestly, stay away from this store.

There are personal soiled utensils kept on/near the coffee machine. This is very unhygienic and gives poor experience.

Please sack lady service station attendant on at 6:30pm 15/06/18!!!! I told her she was the rudest person I have ever come across and I will NEVER purchase anything from this servo.No idea how to talk to customers.

This is my local petrol station. Haven’t been in a while, boy what a difference a couple of months makes, new staff, new “positive” and “helpful” attitude. Just wanted to say thanks, I’ve noticed and appreciate the changes....keep it up!

I went into this shop Monday morning. There was a lady there who was really friendly and knowledgeable. I asked about the different fuels and she explained everything really well. Good service.
