Waiting times were short, barbers were good, nice skin fade

I checked in for my haircut at 3pm and was told it would be a 30min wait, so I set my alarm for 20mins. At 320 I returned and waited patiently for my name to be called. My hairdresser which I requested, finished cutting someone’s hair around 415ish and then sat someone else down who had just walked in around 420pm. I went up and ask if I had been called and he said yes he called my name which must’ve been in the 20minutes I was gone. He said not to worry he will fit me in with a different hairdresser and to wait, which I thought wouldn’t be an issue since I had been waiting since 3:20pm. Around 4:50 I could see the anger on one of the female hairdressers faces once she realized she will need to cut another persons hair (15mins) and stay back slightly later than 5pm. She told me she couldn’t fit me in as it’s 4:50pm not taking into any consideration that I have been waiting now over 1.5hours while they were still cutting multiple people’s hair. A kind gentleman by the name of Joe offered to cut my hair, but by then I refused - My weekend was already ruined. Please try have some empathy and consideration of your customers, you never know what impact you have on others.

Have had my hair cuts here for 10 years, would never go anywhere else. Alex who runs the team at Garden City is an absolute legend, and a great barber.Can get busy, but always worth the wait.Recently got married and had to get 3 haircuts within 3 weeks, they created a very personable and special experience.

the young guy seth cut my hair and he did an absolutely terrible job of it i can’t believe i just wasted $35 on a haircut that is this bad. i couldn’t have been paid $100 to get this haircut done on me. never coming back here again and you shouldn’t either it’s unbelievable this guy still has a job.

Great hair cut! Took me from wild man for 8 years to looking clean and sharp! Couldn't be happier with my new look delivered by the relief manager over from the Myaree store. Thanks legend!

Joe has been amazinv with my haircut and I appreciate him taking the extra care and I would totally recommend him and I am sure I will come back soon.

Very rude customer service and expecting customers to know everything about haircuts and details. Aggressive combing and hurt my head with no apologies, and very overpriced. My Haircut was 56 because, You have so much hair". I believe this to be absurd but if you want an experience like that

I came into today with my client. I work in disability care and my client who is only 24 is non verbal and wheel chair bound. I came in as his hair was needing a cut! The young guy who served us I wish I took his name! He was amazing! He was a little put off with my client’s disabilities at first as he had never had the privilege to meet anyone like him! Within minutes he had my client laughing. He was kind, gentle and extremely patient, my client did not sit still through the entire hair cut and was laughing and moving his head around! The young guy interacted with my client the same way I was as I was kneeled on his side comforting him he was using kind words and a really caring nature! He is an asset to your company! I hope to be able to bring my client back soon and see the same young guy!You made our day! Thanks again!

Won't take my boys anywhere else now! These guys are the best, great price and we trust them now to do a perfect cut! Would love to be able to make an appointment but honestly, the wait is not that bad if you get there early.

5 Star service and people. I highly recommend Robbie for a fresh fade. He never disappoints
