Used Axis for a canal front contour & detail survey.Excellent quality survey at excellent price. Construction is going crazy in SE Qld with most surveyors booked out 6+ weeks in advance, Axis pulled out a quality report in 2 weeks from phone call to report in Email.Thanks

Be mindful when you cut someone off to the point of them almost having no choice but to drive their car which contains 2 infants into a pole that your business name is plastered all over your vehicle! Wouldn’t use your company even if I needed your services after the way you conduct yourself on the road!!!!! Totally selfish, thoughtless and downright dangerous!

Although I have never used this company's services, I would like to say how appreciative I am with the courteousness of one of it's staff while on the road. The acted very unselfishly while I was caught in a dangerous position in heavy traffic - made space for me and made sure my family and I were safe. That is a rare trait these days and one worth rewarding.

No problems, good service

I saw their staff working out in a road with no warning signs and no hi-vis kit. There were a few safety cones around where they were working, but still not safe at all. (also, backs were to oncoming traffic)

I have worked with Axis Surveys for number of years and I should emphasize that they are an Excellent team to work with. They have a deep understanding of their business and are constantly working very hard on improving it further to provide even better service to their customers.

After having been kept waiting on site for over three hours for a scheduled appointement with a surveyor from Axis (without a phone call or text alerting me to a problem) I went for a drive around the neighbourhood. Spotting a surveyor from the same company at another vacant block of land some distance away I asked if he knew where my" surveyor was. Seems I had found him! He informed me that head office should have contacted me regarding the extensive delay (they had not). So not only was he hours late but starting to prepare to survey the wrong block of land. It doesn't speak very highly of their attention to detail if they cannot get an address right. When I called head office the first responder laughed when I told of my situation. Great service & prompt to deliver. Unlike many other local survey companies they kept me informed and provided a boundary survey in less than 2 weeks!
