Barber Rant

Finally plucked up the courage to cut the long hair and opt for a more traditional short back and sides look. I can honestly say it worked out just the way I intended and couldn't be happier with the end result. The stylist Ebony, exuded a level of confidence and professionalism that left me feeling completely comfortable with the whole experience. The salon is impeccably clean and welcoming and pricing more than fair. Well done guys, you've just scored yourselves a new regular customer. Highly recommended.

Great barbers, but can’t even book an appointment. Can’t leave a message told to come and line up like sheep at 830 in the morning. That’s ok if you don’t work. Been calling at multiple times during the week. Not very professional. Avoid now very disappointed.

A great barber experience in a regional location is hard to come by. The team at Barber Rant work hard to make sure your time in the shop goes by smoothly without hassle. All staff seem genuinely friendly and approachable, letting the conversation flow, or not flow if that’s your preference. My regular barbers Az and Jas, both of whom I used quite often are efficient and highly skilled. The theme / decor of the store isn’t to everyone’s liking but that speaks to shops own identify and owners interests, either way it’s well thought out and spacious.Prices are well within the regular range and the booking system is phone call appointment on the day, get in early, spots fill up quickly.

Had a few haircuts here now and each time have been nothing short of pleased with them. Had my first cut throat shave (pre covid) and the owner made it an awesome experience, one that I’ll definitely be taking up again when possible.I’ve taken my 2yo son here for his first professional haircut and they were more than accommodating and he wasn’t the easiest client. Definitely going to be a repeat customer.

I have had my haircut here on numerous occasions, and each time the team did a great job and were very professional. Unfortunately today when I finally found the time to get out and get a haircut during this challenging time, I was refused service because I couldn't provide photo ID proving I lived in the local area (I don't have a driving license or similar ID). I was able to prove my residence through a bill instead, but as this was not photo ID it was refused. I would have understood the persistent challenge if it was busy (save the seats for the locals!), but the shop was empty at the time. I was told that I could come back in a few weeks when they may have removed that particular restriction, but I won't be.

Absolutely love taking my son here. Staff are fantastic. Haircuts are above average and the prices are great.Get the fade.

Attended here whilst on holidays and hoped for a haircut. Heard lots of good things about this place so visited.Walked in and got name written on the board.. was told approx. 40 min wait.60 mins goes by and still waiting.. check board and I am 4th in line. What? They have been putting the locals coming in above me each time they wiped off a name! Obviously to keep their locals happy but really poor service.

Great local barber, great chat, and always a quality cut. Have enjoyed being a loyal customer for a couple of years now and never disappointed.
