Really nice place at the edge of town. There is 2 nice self contained units at the rear of a private house. There isn't any cooking facilities other than a microwave, but a continental breakfast is included in the rate.

Absolutely gorgeous studio accommodation! I felt so looked after through all the little extras provided and the bed was super comfortable and warm. The space is clean and cosy, there is a TV, little coffee pod machine and internet. Highly recommend staying here while in Merredin :)

A beautiful place to stay. I love the idea, they had alternative products, eg toiletries, tea bags, milk and mattress topper, which made the bed very comfortable. A place to go back to

Awesome place. Very clean, modern & quiet. Julie (owner) has provided everything a guest could require in their rooms - complimentary fruit, pastries, chocolates, nuts, nibbles, oj, yoghurt etc. Well worth the 3+hr drive. Fantastic, thoroughly recommend Westbrook B&B. You won't be disappointed!

Stayed for work but would recommend for both work and a holiday. Units are separate to the main property.Great set-up, modern decor, comfortable bed and restful stay.
