Went to pick up 2 bouquets. Was expensive and was not what was expected. Furthermore, took about a very long time and the bouquets fell apart from the wrapping within 10 mins. Would not recommend

I phoned yesterday as I urgently needed a Wreath for an ANZAC service. I met an extremely kind person who you could tell takes pride in their work, the wreath (photos attached) was absolutely beautiful and many Veterans commented. I was not charged a ridiculous amount like another florist requested. I am so grateful, thank you. (The photos do not do the Wreath justice unfortunately).

I ordered flowers for my aunts funeral at St. Peters at 11.30am. They were delivered early and the 10am Friday mass was still going so the flowers were left at the canteen" and the delivery person asked someone in the "canteen"to deliver them next door. Well the flowers never made it to the funeral. They were never seem by any grieving relative. I requested a refund and was refused. I live interstate so did not know the flowers were not delivered to the funeral service. I found out a week later when I asked my cousin what she thought of the flowers.I do not know what the "canteen" is. This is what the lady on the phone said. I am not happy about this situation."

I walked in on mothers day attempting to purchase a bouquette of flowers for my mum. However when asking about the flowers i was rudely denied to look at the bouquette selection they had in the back after they had just served a customer in front of me a bouquette from the back. When asking the two workers kept looking to each other for answers to eventually lead to a straight out no. Seemed like they only wanted to sell the $70 plus flowers

If i could give them 0 i would. Never had ruder service. I wouldnt recommend this store for anyone who wants to be served respectfully.

Visiting Pixie Dell Florist is a beautiful experience. The owner is attentive and kind, and the flowers are stunning.

Lovely lady at the store. Had a good variety of flowers and wrapped them for me really well. Well priced. Will return.

My Mum paid $90 for roses that began to droop 1 day after being delivered. By the third day, 3/4 of the roses had drooped without even opening up.The owner implied that it was my Mum's fault for choosing dud flowers, even though she had assistance to make her selection.Isn't it the responsibility of the shop to source quality flowers?I would never go to this florist, the owner does not care about her customers and the product is clearly sub-standard.

Absolutely terrible and slow service. Had to wait for over 10 mins for the lady to simply place a matching pink ribbon on an existing g bunch of flowers. We were the only ones in the store. After in first attempt pulling the whole bunch apart and adding purple flowers, attempt two was to affix a red ribbon! Absolutely no clue or understanding of what we were asking. After 10 mins she hadn’t even started on the second bunch where she simply needed to add some white flowers. 15 mins later we left empty handed. Very disappointing experience. Won’t be back!
