The Iron Man - Ironing service

I have been using the Iron Man Ironing services for about 5 years now both in my time living both in the Eastern Suburbs as well as the Inner West. They have collected my laundry for ironing, batches of dry cleaning and the occasional repairs. I trust Eddie and his team 100% to look after my clothes. On the rare occasion I have had small issues e.g. clothes re-creasing in transit, they have rectified this by re-ironing and prioritizing re-delivery. This service has saved me so much time and hassle, with very reasonable rates. I would highly recommend them. What's more is that they will happily use your own hangers or provide standard wire ones if you don't provide your own. They also recycle the plastic clothing covers - just hand them back the next time they pick up. I usually contact by email and find the team to be responsive and accommodating.

Customer service is at 0% . I booked a pickup,received a confirmation through email,all was looking so good. Tuesday pickup day,nobody arrives. Called,promised to call me back to find out where the driver was,no call back. I had to call back,the answer from the very unfriendly receptionist.,we cant pick up in Rouse Hill,even though I had told them where I lived previously.What a waste of my time. Im sure Ill find a much better company,dodged a bullet. lucky me.

I had an awful experience with them. First, I tried to become a customer filling the online form and nobody answered me. After this first disappointment I gave them another chance calling to schedule my basket to be picked up. I stayed home the whole day and nobody came. I called the office and left a message and never heard from them.Incredibly poor customer service.

I have used these guys every fortnight for over 3 years. Never missed a beat! They'd pick up each Wednesday and when I returned home from work Thursday my clothes were all ironed, plastic wrapped and hanging on the screen door!

Lovely ppl. Were even ready to waive off my payments just because i was in a rush and getting late. But even before that just treated my request on absolyte priority.

The service is terrible. The lady that answers the phone is rude and unhelpful. The towels came back with stains still on them. It is the worst cleaning service I have ever used. Do not waste your money.

The service is always good. Very consistent. They take feedback graciously. And they always starch my shirts oroperly. Love it

Very happy with the ironing man. They pick up my ironing every fortnight, and return it the next day, all nicely ironed and hung on coat-hangers. I have always been really happy with the service. I love that you can also include items for dry cleaning, or for repair - so flexible and easy! Thank you!

FANTASTIC!! I have used this service for many years now and love it. I've never had an issue with them. They pick up my basket every Monday and it is back all pressed and beautiful the next day. Paying bills is simple and straightforward, and they they are responsive via email. As a working mum this service makes my life a lot easier.

It was good experience but would appreciate if i get a call or text back whenever ready.
