As devon building and property are linked, I want to share my experience on both pages.Absolutely zero communication, zero transparency, no commitment to their fixed price guarantees and am still left with a project that has not even started 1.5 years after signing a contract. I have logs of over 20+ emails, 50+ unanswered calls with Devcon, looking for an update on status or even a potential start date with no answer. Starting to look like another QLD building company that is probably next to go into administration.

Devcon is building a mates house. Is delayed by over 2 years in holmview, logan. Still halfway finished and they keep asking for time extension. I think this builder is about to go into recievership. Be very careful dealing with this shady company. They wont call you and give you thousands of reasons.

There is not enough stars to rate our Property Investment Managers Debbie, Matthew, Katrina and Jasmine! Professional, responsive, proactive, capable, caring…is just few adjectives i’d use to describe these three. We are very fortunate to have this team looking after our investment property. What these guys bring to the table, aside from their knowledge, skills & contacts, is genuine care for their clients & their property. I’d like to thank you for being there every time we need something actioned, for all your useful recommendations & suggestions that saved us time & money…and more than anything, thank you for being understanding and caring, and adding some humanity to the job you are doing so well. Thank you & keep up the great work!!!

Quick working, professional, friendly staff,, amazing communication and fast response times have gone above and beyond for me and my family to find us a rental during this crisis. The worst realestate group l have ever rented with. Unprofessional do not follow proper procedures and legislation they do not communicate with tenants, caused fatal injuries to my 14 year old cat and refused to pay for vet bills never ever build or rent with them. I'm not the only one who has had major issues with both the realestate and the building side of the company.

We are so happy that we chose Devcon to build our first home. From the second we had went into their office to choose colours and look at designs they were nothing but welcoming, professional and very friendly. This made my sister and I whom I was building with feel so comfortable and less anxious about the whole process.Everyone at the Devcon office were so friendly and helpful and throughout this whole process they were so communicative with absolutely everything. This honestly made my sister and I feel at ease that we made the perfect decision of choosing Devcon as our builders. They always made sure to update us with every little change and would always be so informative with all relevant information. I would like to commend Mandy, Kristen, Pam and Wendy for always helping us with our build. Their professionalism and friendly service was always so evident when they would always contact us.We have moved into our new house and been there for a few months now and we could not explain how happy we are with the build. Everything is just how we planned and dreamed for. If we build again in the future we will definitely be using Devcon. I highly recommend Devcon to all my friends and family and to all those wanting to build.
