Pillow Talk Canberra

Visited this store, within 30 secs one of the employees demanded my partner with a mask exemption to put on a mask. We stated he had an exemption with appropriate documentation however she continued to ramble on re the government guidelines (which we are all aware ofbeing around COVID for the past 2 years). I then chose the items I needed, pulled my mask down for my PAYID on my phone (as everyone knows it doesn’t work with a mask on), where she then yelled across the store for me to put my mask on with other customers staring m. It was totally uncalled for and disgusting customer service. Her coworkers were so embarrassed & hiding their head while she was doing so and apologised. We intended on spending a lot of money at pillowtalk today but all thanks to this employee we saved a lot of money as we put our things back and left the store which we will never return. Maybe employee “J” should have a read of the Federal guidelines on exemptions, or maybe have some consideration for people who have exemptions. That would help! :) Such a gross experience.

Really friendly staff. I did a click&collect order online and one of the quilt cover sets that i ordered wouldn't have fitted the pillows that I ordered, the staff were very helpful in finding a suitable pillow replacement.As a very tattooed person I was surprised by the non-judgemental, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff that assisted me every step of the way. Thanks.

I’m so thrilled with the new rug I just collected today after returning another rug I bought last week that I didn’t think was quite right for my space. found the customer service to be exceptional. I shopped at the Majura Park store in the ACT and they are very friendly and accommodating. Their sale prices are great and they also very generously give a further discount to customers that are signed up with them.My experience shopping at the Majura Park store as well as the Woden store on other occasions has always been wonderful.10 out of 10 for pillowtalk!

Fantastic experience, I rang to check items I had seen online and was greeted by a friendly and helpful staff member who found confirmed products and put aside for me. When I reached the store I needed to check the sizing of a product and assistance with finding other correct sized sheets. Jackie in particular was extremely helpful, patient and kind as I had my young daughter in tow and helped me to the car with my shopping. Knowledgeable and would happily shop there again. Thank you

Got a quilt cover set from Pillow Talk, and couldn't be happier. Awesome colour, good quality, and as it was on sale, it ended up being cheaper than most of the options at target and kmart. Membership also scores you a further discount albeit small.

the staff at majura park are absolutely wonderful it is a joy to shop there. they have helped me out so many times using different colours ect using different combinations I would never dream of doing. thanks girls

Have bought in store and online. My phone experience today for click and collect was good. They were very accomodating as I wanted two comforters that weren’t online but available in store. Appreciated the customer service and I got 4 comforters for my kids. The quality is very good.

Since going to Pillow Talk last year and really enjoying the experience - helpful and knowledgeable staff make all the difference - I was happy to get back there yesterday. The staff continue to be excellent at customer service - helpful but not pushy or intrusive - and I found what I wanted, chatted with the staff about options, and made my purchase quickly and easily. Happy to recommend this business.(PS Just read one of the other reviews which said that Harris Scarfe has a better range. That amused me a bit because I had the exact opposite experience. I went to Pillow Talk yesterday precisely because Harris Scarfe no longer stock the item and brand I wanted and Pillow Talk do.)

You can’t ask for better service. Every time I walk in there’s someone ready to help. One woman in particular helped me buy two full bedsets, giving advice on value, comfort, and colour matching. I was very grateful and have come back here every time I need something small.
