We booked Happy Planet Cleaning for a deep clean last week (Pre-lockdown #5) They were very thorough, responsive and just plain amazing. The space feel refreshed and clear, and all completed with non-toxic and chemical free products.We are now using Happy Planet Cleaning every fortnight, and couldn't be happier with the service.

The Happy Planet Cleaning Co cleaned our house top to bottom for the end of our lease. I was blown away with the level of care, attention to detail, professionalism and punctuality . Very unimpressed… after a fabulous first clean, the happy planet cleaning co have failed to show up when I was told I had a reoccurring booking. I’ve come home after a 12 hour day at work to find an uncleaned house with no communication from them whatsoever. I don’t mind paying the exorbitant fee for good service but week 2 and they’ve failed already. Very frustrating.Since my original review happy planet cleaning have made up for the error and ensured I now have a fortnightly clean. The standard of the clean continues to be great. Thanks to the team for making this up to me.

We've been using The Happy Planet Cleaning Co. since the start of 2022. Sienna and the team are brilliant and I can't recommend their services highly enough! We've used them for an end of lease clean, moving in/deep clean and just a regular clean. So we're return customers who are very happy with the service5 Star service, friendly team who are always on time and use quality cleaning products that aren't full of bad chemicals that actually clean and work! Happy Planet were doing my regular clean for months and I was really happy with their service, but unfortunately they became unreliable and difficult to get in touch with and schedule in the last few months. There were times when I was told a clean would happen on a particular day but it would happen on another day instead, or I would have to return to my flat from a day out because their cleaners locked themselves out of my apartment or left materials in the flat etc etc. Since that time I have had incredible difficulty getting in touch with Sienna to arrange to end our agreement and to have my keys returned to me. I would like my house keys back please.
