They were willing to go the extra mile to sell our home and get the best price possible. We established a trust that bore results, for example they suggested getting a stylist to decorate some rooms, and recommended solutions for several other issues . We interviewed a few agents but Tahnee blew us away with her presentation! Tahnee went above and beyond so far as to organise all of the staging, and was arranging opens at 7PM on weeknights to accomodate potential buyers! They sold the propoerty in about 5 days of being listed and achieved a record price for the area! I would highly recommend them and would use them again without hesitation, could not have done anything better!

Terri and Tahnee have been so helpful during the whole process of my partner and I finding a rental. Terri and Tahnee have got amazing communication skills and kept us updated the whole time, they really did go above and beyond for us as we are first time renters it was really hard trying to find a rental.Even though the landlord didn't go with our application, Terri and Tahnee assisted us with gaining another property with a different realestate agency.They helped us every single step of the way and also gave us feedback. We genuinely can’t thank you guys enough for everything you both have done.

Fellows Real Estate were so good they sold our house twice within a month (the first buyer was unable to obtain finance) Tahnee went above and beyond to assist us in the entire process. Terri was up front and honest with her estimated selling price which is a refreshing change from most agents and between juggling open homes, shift work and a small child we couldn’t have asked for better agents who were not only supportive but their banter and the selling price was top notch.

I could not recommend Terri & Tahnee more highly. The communication was amazing and exactly what I needed with my first investment property. The whole process was smooth and easy.They both went above and beyond and my property was leased within 7 days and $20 per week above what we were hoping for and with 15 applications - I felt completely at ease throughout the process and could not be happier.
