Garage Jiu Jitsu

Garage JiuJitsu should be the northern star other BJJ schools strive for. Gabi and her amazing team have created a space that fosters novice white-belts and world class athletes alike. As a white belt, I love the team atmosphere that reminds me BJJ is a journey and that we go further together - the team environment is a constant motivation to keep turning up and get better with mates. It is clear to see that 'family' is the nucleus of Garage, and it is evident with how Gabi always puts her members first. From world class seminars, aiding competitions and the daily energy she brings to the gym. I cannot recommend Garage enough, I have even brought along my room-mate and constantly recommend the gym to anyone who will listen.

My daughter has just joined GARAGE .What a refreshing change from the other Bjj gym she had been with for 2 years . Garage has a large training area , well ventilated , clean and organised . But most of all , the Instructors are great .All have been professional , welcoming and brilliant in conducting classes . No egos, power trips or self promotion . Just good teaching and delivery skills .The owner is also very welcoming and helpful . In Garage there are no insecurities , suspicions about students from other schools trying a class . You can even use your own GI .There is just a good vibe the minute you walk in , and that flows from the wonderful owner and instructors .Great BJJ school !

Garage Jui Jitsu is one of the best BJJ schools that I have attended. Not only is it in a convenient location right next to Bondi Junction train station, the gym is very clean and is a great environment to train in! Professor Gui is an amazing instructor!

Garage is a great gym with high level Gi and No Gi jiu jitsu, the perfect environment to train hard but also be a part of a growing community! Cannot recommend enough!

I left my old BJJ gym a few months ago and was going to shop around for a new one. I had one session at Garage and decided I didn't need to look anywhere else. Excellent standards of coaching and a good crowd of people. Highly recommend checking out whether you're a first timer or with a bit more experience looking to improve your game.

Great BJJ school with a really good culture. I don't train there specifically, but my BJJ school competed against them in their facility and i was impressed. The venue is smick and the quality of their students fighting is a reflection of solid teaching methods and high level BJJ.

Best gym in the city. The teacher Gui is extremely technical and pays extreme attention in his classes. You can see that he loves teaching Jiu Jitsu. This is probably one of the best gyms in the city. I highly recommend.

At Garage Jiu Jitsu everyone it's a really friendly community. As a novice white belt with no martial arts experience, I am extremely happy with the speed and techniques shown in the Fundamentals class. The teachers are great and encouraging, and I am excited to embark on my jiu jitsu journey here. I would reccommend this Jiu Jitsu school to everyone!

Fantastic environment to learn Brazilian jiujitsu. I felt welcomed from the start and I love that there's a place for everyone - from casual members just there to learn and have fun to the serious competitors (who are winning medals all over the place). Every teacher is excellent and the other members are friendly and helpful.

I trained here while visiting from interstate. Great culture, coaching and cleanliness.The coaches and members were very friendly and welcoming.
