Its name says it all ,organized after a phone call that they were going to be a 1 hr ,explained i just came off nightshift and no sleep, said he would be a hr ,3 hrs later no show, no call ,left messages nothing,i wouldn't waste a phone call

Fast and efficient. Came same day as phone call within 2 hours, definitely knew what they were talking about and so grateful for their service. They explained the process and kept communicating through the process to help solve our septic tank issue. Problem resolved and will be using them again.

I rang Ipswich Liquid Waste on Saturday, for an urgent issue with my septic tank. I left a message on the mobile number provided expecting a call back as soon as possible. They finally got back to me via text. If you can't call a customer back, then its not worth doing business with a company like this...
