Can't recommend Rick enough! After I took my car to him and explained the issues he already had a hunch what it was when the VW Service Centre had my car for 4 weeks and were unable to diagnose. His knowledge makes you feel at ease and gives you confidence in his ability to fix the problem. He is very good about calling and keeping you updated with the progress as well. My issue was as he suspected and I had my car back promptly and I haven't had an issue since. Before you go to a service centre give Rick a call it will save you a lot of money and headaches!
