Was served by a lovely man last night. I could not fault his customer service was honestly the best I have EVER experienced. He was kind, patient, attentive & friendly. Could not have asked for more. An asset to the store & company. Thank you

Staff were ok, but wasted my time putting my items in to get cleaned....doesn't look any cleaner than when I dropped the stuff off. Feels like a film on them and need to be cleaned woth a cloth, still a lot of tarnish...not like theu used to be cleaned. I'm disappointed I won't be buying any more pandora the quality has gone downhill

The staff are amazing here! I have always had a wonderful time in the shop. They are always happy to take my rings and bracelet for cleaning even when they seem busy making sales.Plus the store is always sparkling clean

I understand that everyone is busy as it is the silly season now, however, it is quite infuriating to be standing waiting to be served and the staff serve someone who has just walked in the door and I'm still standing there. It happened to me twice today as well as yesterday. Perhaps I can suggest a ticket number as you come through the door so that you don't get customers walk out the door, which I did today.
