Elise is awesome - she is funny, patient, kind and focussed - all of which make her great company. Combine that with her incredible knowledge and expertise in fitness and training (from sooooo many years of work and study) and you have the ideal trainer. Elise trains you - not the theoretical person in the fitness manual, not the perfect gym junkie; you. She listens, tailors and works, with you, for you and when necessary, at you. Elise understands that life means compromise and that age and illness/injury can bring limitations but she never stops looking to help you move forward and to recognise and appreciate what you have achieved. I am not young, nor healthy and I have a really really busy, sometimes complex life; but Elise has (for three plus years now) guided me towards fitness, strength and balance. I am in a much better place now than I was when I started and I know I will continue to improve with Elise. Contact her - give her a chance to help you as she has helped me - it will make your life better.

If you want to get fit strong and stay mobile Elise is the trainer for you! Elise is dedicated to her craft, she is always improving her knowledge which shows in her training. Elise actually listens to you and will work with you to achieve your goals, pushing you just that bit further! Elise will work around any injuries and not push you thru them. Elise is fun to work with. You won’t waste time in her classes or training, she will get you moving. I could not recommend this dynamo highly enough. Elise thinks outside the square and is like no other. Give her a go, you’ll be happy you did.

The Your Move Co approach and philosophy has completely changed the way I look at myself and exercise. I have never been one to like exercising, always worried about the scales and Elise has changed that! I now look at exercise as movement and opportunity for be to more mobile in the things I like doing.I live in regional NSW and all my sessions are over phone or Zoom. I have slowly built the confidence to do my sessions at a local gym. Elise keeps me checked in with WhatsApp messages and I even have my own library of videos to access all the right techniques when I exercise alone.I am losing weight not because of restriction but because of a whole lifestyle change. If you are looking to start fresh and work on the psychological hurdles that cause yo-yo dieting and exercise Elise is for you.

Your Move Fitness and Strength for Women
Elise is an incredible trainer. Her sessions waste no time, and she makes sure you warm up and cool down with stretches to avoid injury. She is energetic and positive and really knows her stuff. She’ll have you working hard without really knowing you are. I never feel like I’m killing myself in her sessions but she’s so good at isolating different muscle groups, building your awareness of them and ability to “turn them on”. I feel stronger from working with Elise. If you’ve got a big goal or an injury she’s great at developing a program for you. Her classes are always high energy and really enjoyable. She’s a great person as well as coach that you’ll enjoy being around.
