LET Training

I have just completed my Cert IV in Leadership and Management with Let training. The support and encouragement received from my trainer Marcel was absolutely amazing! He helped me throughout the whole course with each assessment that I undertook.He was always available to answer any questions I raised so I could complete each stage of my course. I would highly recommend them the support and guidance I received was amazing!

A very rewarding and enjoyable experience with LET training. The idea of online training can be daunting but the help and guidance I received from Marcel was exceptional. Always provided sound advice and feedback with assessments and associated role plays. He was prompt in replying and received assistance from other trainers when Marcel was away. Be very mindful about choosing this organisation when considering purchasing a very expensive online course from them with no information regarding what to expect. Expect NOT to complete your course. Online courses have been shown to have a very low completion rate; only 4 out of 10 people complete (2019 NCVER) which is not made clear to you at enrollment of any of Let's online courses. The amount of work required and the difficulty is also not made clear to you. You have 5 days to cool off and receive 'some' refund but not all. However 5 days is not nearly enough to get an understanding of how difficult the course will be so the odds are that you will not complete your course and you will have lost ALL your money.There is a responsibility for course providers to let students know what is expected rather than simply sign up students, take their money and then when reality kicks in, keep referring to the 'you knew there were no refunds when you enrolled' line.I would suggest looking at other training organisations (Pinnacle, CBD etc.) who responsibly understand the difficulties of online learning and offer upgrades to face- to-face learning if you are not coping. These type of training organisations are advanced in that they recognise that online learning is difficult and comes with a high failure rate of roughly 60% and so responsibly, offer you the option of blended learning or better rather than simply pocketing your money when you find you are in the majority and are having difficulties completing this course.

What an experience! LET Training has provided me with a Diploma in Business and provided me with consistent support throughout the whole process. Marcel was my trainer, and he was fantastic! I felt supported and valued constantly. I could not have done it without their support and efforts. They offered me more support and answered all my questions better than other training facilities. Highly recommend!

I have recently completed BSB50420 Diploma in Leadership and Management through LET Training. I was extremely impressed with the entire process from first signing up to the completion of my diploma. I would like to give special mention to Marcel Wenzel, my trainer and assessor. His professionalism and easy to deal with mannerism made my experience so much more enjoyable and he made what was initially a daunting task seem easy and effortless. Marcel was very easy to talk to and possesses the ability to make you feel comfortable and explains things in a way that is easy to understand. I would not hesitate recommending Marcel or LET Training to anyone thinking of taking on a new learning experience.

I initially chose LET Training because of its cost, definitely way cheaper than TAFE. I had previously completed a course at TAFE and did not find the support I was hoping for so did not want to study with them again. I have to say that Let Training has surpassed my expectations. My assessor, Marcel, was amazing, to say the least. He was always very approachable, very quick to reply to my emails and always very willing to help. I could not have completed the courses without him. My only complaint would be the learning guides, a bit more practical information so we know how to apply what we are studying would have been very welcome and would have helped when doing the practical assessments (that's why I gave 4 stars instead of 5). But all in all, I totally recommend Let Training.

I have and recently completed two Certifications through LET Training and have had an extremely positive experience. It has been enjoyable, constructive and beneficial as it has allowed me to study at my own pace. my trainer/assessor was excellent! they always provided me with sound information to aid in my understanding of the material I would highly recommend this service as i would definitely enroll again!

I recently completed a Diploma with LET training and found them very good to work with. They were able to change course units (within limits) to cater for my interests. My trainer Marcel was excellent, always happy to discuss any issues and provided me with the support I needed throughout the course.

I've just completed a Cer IV in Business with LET Training. Hooray! I'm very happy with the course units contents and my trainer Marcel. Although the online course was challenging for someone who hasn't got much business-related experience to complete, with perseverance and support, one can achieve the desired outcome. After all, the study and training journey contribute to your personal and professional growth.
