Have been coming to Hairjaz for quite a few years and have ALWAYS walked out feeling a million dollars. Zena and her team are absolutely amazing, I would without a doubt recommend Hairjaz to everyone I know. Their professionalism, skill set and knowledge is like no other and not to mention the incredibly comfortable and happy vibe in this salon, we always have a laugh and have great conversations, I've always felt welcomed, appreciated and extremely satisfying with the result of my hair.I cannot even imagine going anywhere else & wouldn't trust anyone else with my hair.Hairjaz is the best salon as far as I am concerned, love your work Zena, mashallah you're amazing & I could not love and appreciate you enough for making me feel so awesome every time I walk in and out. Hi business owner,This review is on behalf of my mum Doaa Selim!With all due respect, you’re not saying the truth here; all that you’ve written in your reply regarding Australian laws and Keratin treatment effectiveness isn’t mentioned in the video that you’ve sent by yourself; I believe you have hidden all these details deliberately! If you gave me proper details about the treatment and your skills in applying it, I would never drive for an hour, spend 5 hours, then paying $400 for a low-quality service and poor outcome.You’re not sorry or even care about me or how I feel about your service; all you are doing is making up conversations to defend yourself without trying to fix the issue.Your reference to my background is unacceptable, and I felt offended as it’s irrelevant to hair salon services; your own words demonstrate what kind of attitude your customers will face in case of any dispute with you.Again, sending random photos and allegedly saying ”it’s your daughter” is unacceptable; would you think that I couldn’t recognise her hair!Closing your lengthy empty reply with warm wishes, wouldn’t change the fact that you have no idea about customer care or service. As I can see you started pushing your friends to give instant 5-star reviews to enhance your rating and push my review to the bottom; it won’t dilute the facts about your unpleasant Keratin services and poor customer service.

Where do I start! .A truly talented hairstylist. Such attentive and top notch service.I always enjoy my appointments. Such great energy in the salon. The hairstylist is so warm and friendly. Her and her team. I love love my hair. You can always depend on walking out of her salon feeling and looking your best!! Thank youuuuu!!!!

Great experience at this salon, the hairdresser is so lovely and welcoming! Caters to the needs of the client and gives professional recommendations where necessary which is perfect for first timers! She’s given my hair a refreshing cut just in time for summer! Thank you Hairjaz :))

Poor ,Unpleasant, and unsatisfactory experience .I was after protin hair treatment for my daughter ( 18Y), zaina recommended keratin for (deadly) straightening result as per what she said, which costs more, I have paid 400$ and my daughter’s hair after one day returns wavy exactly as it was,I texted her , she starts to explain how her healthy keratin works !! After the treatment, not before as it is supposed to be.MORE OVER , there are ( cameras) inside her (hijabs friendly )salon with No sign that the place is under camera surveillance!!and She sent me a video recording ( 3 minutes long ) of me and my daughter taken inside the salon without our consent just to prove Her point . Take care ladies pls!Such a Poor customer service.I issued already a complaint to consumers affairs, but had to leave this here too .

MY GO TO FOR THE LAST 7 YEARS! BEST AT WHAT YOU DO ZENA! I don’t trust anyone else with my hair and my keratin + blow waves weekly are second to none! I highly recommend this hijab friendly salon. Not only the best hair but the best customer service
