Truly compassionate.Our heartfelt thanks to Aaron, who picked up our girl. He was so gentle and caring with her, he explained every step. Robyn who organised our girls urn etc and finally Gary who brought our girl home. Thank you all for your understanding and compassion. Highly recommend

What a great service for those of us that love our fur babies like our very own. All along the way the team were caring and compassionate. We had as much time to say goodbye on the sad day and I couldn’t wait to have Zara back in her memorial urn. It is such a comfort to have this service and to remember our precious girl in this way.There are lots of different options to choose from. Our German Shephard passed and the team at Pets Eternal were at our house within hours. Both the lady on the phone and gentlemen who came to pick up our girl were beyond lovely, kind and considerate. Aaron came and picked up Oscah from our home in Tugun last week, he is so caring, personable and compassionate. We got Oscah hand delivered back today by Aaron and was are so pleased. Wonderful service, communicated the whole way through the process. This was our second time using Pets Eternal, and we will use them again in the future. Thank you guys!

I was an absolute mess knowing I was saying good bye to my Harry. She was 14.5 years old. The lady on the phone was so patient with me. I don't know how she managed to understand what I was saying through my sobs. Pets Eternal contacted my Vet and arranged everything with them. Within the week they had sent 2 cards for my children with Harry's paw print on it and a certificate of remembrance, also a little pouch with some of her hair.Thank you to your beautiful team on making this a very easy and smooth process.SincerelyVanessa

Everyone I dealt with was lovely and very patient. Richard who came to collect Bella was just wonderful, gentle and compassionate. Bella's cremains were returned a week later with all the little touches. On the practical side the packages were ranged in price and I felt we were well served. I would recommend their services.
