I can't get anywhere with a simple enquiry with them. 3 different Case Officers aren't taking ph calls.Anyone else having issues? Shanna on reception, who I eventually managed to talk to after much frustration was of immense & sensible help. All the same this Provider needs to look at how they are responding to people trying to get in touch with them.
