Individual hot pot but with a sushi belt that brings the items around. It's a great concept - each person can get exactly what they want! There's lots of choices for meat and vegetables. Can get a little pricey but you control that with your choices (plates are color coded).

An interesting concept. A hotpot train. And be prepared to wait. Wait for a server to attend to you whilst you wait at the entrance. Wait to be able to order. Wait for your food to arrive. On a busy day, the staff are working hard. But it’s not enough. They are short at least several waitstaff for the number of diners. The ‘order’ at your table app did not work. The staff are too busy to attend to the buzzer.Once you order though, the food is decent, though expensive. $5 for a pot of stock is pleasant enough. These are individualised and there is a hot plate for each diner. Meats however quickly add up. On the ‘train’ itself are mostly staples. Noodles, vegetables. No protein. But there are Crusty dried fish skins to snack on whilst you wait. The lip of the pot isn’t ‘that’ hot but test it before you lift it. Which allows you to pour the leftover into a takeaway bowl if you wish. With many other hotpot places around, this isn’t one to go for ‘quick and easy’ like sushi trains. I can’t really say we plan to return.

Oh I am full! The menu looked so good I wish I had four stomachs to try it all. The drinks menu alone was eye catching. I’ll definitely be back to try the rest.

I have been here many times before really disappointed this time.BEWARE OF Sauce Station!!!RIP OFF!! I was with my friend , but I was the only one who used sauce But I didn't pay attention on the small sign, I took a really small bowl and small sauce dish took some sauce. They charged one person 3 sauce Money!!! Staff said if used $2 per sauce dish you can make whatever sauce you want This not make sense!!!Also for the drink as well less ice will charge extra 50 cents don’t understand why less ice will change more money!no staff will tell you before Haven’t experienced it in any other store like this.I've seen reviews and I'm not the only one complaining about this .This is not about the money It’s RIP OFF!!!

It is a very busy place and good atmosphere for hotpot, is a good idea where can have your own pot and choose your own soup, you can pick and choose what you like on a conveyor belt likr a sushi train, although very it is only about $2 to $5 dollars for a dish, and doesn't include fresh meat or seafood, they add up very quickly, average about $30 to $40 per person.

Keep coming back to this place and are never disappointed. Very busy so don’t expect outstanding service. Hot pot comes out quickly and the self serve condiments bar is very handy! Definitely adds a flavourful punch to your hot pot. Byo corkage is very reasonable at $3pp.

Great hot pot place. Not overly expensive and is quite filling portion sizes. Usually need reservations at this place as it’s difficult to get a table most of the days. Well maintained, clean and neat with good ambience. Customer service is not very exceptional… a smile when serving customers would be good though we understand you are too busy with the rush of customers. I had reservations specifically for table, when we went in as per our reservation time the staff was too fussy trying to seat me and kids at the single line counter in the middle instead of at a table that I had clearly requested at the time of reservation. We understand you need more customers to be seated, but not nice to push a family with kids to sit at the counter.

Have been here for both lunch and dinner. Love being able to customize your own pot’s flavor and spice level and add what you like. The soup bases we tried were delicious. You can take everything except the protein from the train which was fun but can add up quickly. We ended up ordering our protein and a few items (veggies, wontons etc) that we knew we *all* wanted from the menu as it’s a larger portion, and then we each chose our own different noodles from the train along with anything else we wanted separately. If you all want the same type of noodle, it’s more cost effective to order that from the menu too. The sauce/add-ins bar is a great value as well - you pay $2 for one of the little sauce bowls and can refill as many times as you need. Overall we found it very inexpensive as we used the main menu for what we all wanted to share and saved the train for items that only 1 or 2 of us wanted. Ended up being less than $20 a person.

Terrible experience, will not go back! If you are a family with young children this shop is not for you. Go to King Hot Pot at Morley instead. We called the day before and booked 3 adults, 2 children and one baby. We're only given a table of 4 and assured it'll fit 5 people, an infant and a pram. The next day when we arrived, we were given a table of 4. So all of us had to cramped in a table meant for 4. We asked the staff again to see if it'll fit us. That said yes adamantly. We asked for a table for 6 but was again refused. The table is so small that it doesn't even fit the table. We had to grab our own cutlery and a chair to put the raw food. Now, we're struggling with space on the table and around the table with a pram. The staff attitude is abysmal. Then we had young children sitting in front of hot soup ready to be burned due to the arrangement of the burners on the table. The Morley shop allowed us to sit at a table for 6 work only 4 burners turned on, 2 covered to be safe for the children.I can understand the owners attitude of no burner means no income thus definitely cannot accommodate a table of 6 with only 4 burners running. If they cannot accommodate young children and family just inform us before hand and we'll happily take our money elsewhere.
