The best customer service as a result of dealing with Allan, the assistant manager. Everytime I've had to deal with him, i find it astonishing that he's able to deal with a busy schedule yet find the time and effort to care at a personal level.He's very experienced and always provides good advice. By far, best person to deal with when requiring tyre attention.

Amazing service. I called ahead to see if they would have time to repair a nail / slow leak. When I came to pick it up, they offered to put it back on the car. The big thing for me was the way they put the spare tyre back in the car was exactly how I wanted it, as if it was their own car. Not just sticking it in. Thanks fellas.

Excellent customer service here. Rohan did not fob me off, as I had been at 4 other tyre places. Sure, my job was not an expensive fix …. But Rohan was the only one happy to explain and order in parts needed for my wheels … And then get the job done! I WILL definitely be back in around 6-12 months to get new tyres and would gladly recommend Tyrepower Eltham to any of my friends & family in the future.

Took my car in for a wheel alignment, I got the car back and the steeringwheel off-centre and the car pulling to the left when driving. When I told the person who worked on my car they said its allot better then it was but intact its almost worse then it was before I brought it in.Waste of time and money

Avoid this place at all costs. They are dishonest and disorganised and swears at customers.They used to be good but has gone down the gurgler.Make an appointment to have tyres delivered and fitted 3 business days in advance.Rocked up on time and wait for an hour to be told tyres didnt arrive.Not good enough - then to have a person swearing and behaving like a pork chop after being told they just lost a loyal customer.If you are the business owner then you need to seriously look at your staff and their ways of managing your business.

Great service. I pulled the van out of the driveway the night before we were due to go on holidays and found cracks in both tyre. The guys had new tyres fitted for us by 3 PM the next day. Huge thanks and can't recommend highly enough. Cheers guys.

Service here used to be great. However between having to wait 3 weeks because they didn't answer the phone or my emails after dropping my tyre off for a puncture repair to be told they need a replacement tyre, finally getting through, rocking up and waiting an hour for them to fix it, having to reset the tyre pressure and pump the rest of them myself, and losing my lock nut key I'm not keen to return.

Called them same day as I had to have a fairly new tyre pluggedThey fitted me inAround an hour wait ( no issue there)They plugged the tyre,fitted it,and removed the space saver and returned returned it under the rear of the car$40…sensational service!!
