Noosa Alterations

I asked them to replace a zipper on my dress that was originally invisible and then I told them that were previously zipper bumps along the dress and they told me they could fix that too. Unfortunately when I got the dress back they had fixed the zipper but made it much much longer. When I went home to try the dress on the zipper bumps were twice as bad and twice as many. It’s my graduation dress so now I have to find another alteration place to fix it. There were very nice however maybe they’re better at cushions and home wear furniture.

I put a dress in to get an extra button hold I was told it would take two day, they would call me when it was ready. After not hearing from anyone for two and half weeks I rang up and they couldn’t find the dress. They finally located the dress. And told me I could pick it up in two days (taking the time to three weeks that they had the dress) when I picked it up it had two stains on it that were not there when I dropped it off. The dress has never been worn just tried on briefly. Very disappointed.

Horrible service. Spoke to Mike regarding the possibility of fixing a bed zipper. Asked me to message him through a photo which I did and had no response. Sent a follow up msg days later, again with no reply. After having read some reviews on here I'm not surprised. Would not use nor recommend

Dropped off 5 items, said it would take a week, they kept loosing the items and saying they would call back in a few minutes. Never did, had to chase many times. Then one pair of pants were ruined as they visibly stitched an ugly seam down the front. Two items were GI’s that broke again after one use. They then wanted to charge another full price rate to repair even though they were poorly fixed the first place. Not to mention extremely rude and zero accountability. Beyond poor service all around, I’d heard bad stories and this confirms it.

Always the friendliest service! The ladies here are fantastic with dress alterations. They take the time to explain the best options for you and are always honest about whether it’s actually worth altering something, which I really appreciate. I won’t go anywhere else in Noosa.

Very unhappy with the lack of care in repairing my skirt, I wanted to support a small business instead of getting a friend to fix for free, won’t be back again after this disappointing experience.

Disappointing service 2 pairs of new trousers cut and finished about 37mm to short, dropped into the shop to express my disappointment and a young lady offered to drop the hem by 10mm but that is no use to me.The owner of the business has alwaysbeen great but the young team need more training.

I needed my tuxedo pants made longer for a wedding urgently. Dropped them in on Monday afternoon to pick up Wednesday afternoon, which I paid a fee for and they agreed. I followed up at lunch time on Wednesday to ask when I could pick them up, they said they’d text later that day. I called at 6pm on Wednesday as I still hadn’t heard from them and they hadn’t even started working on them.Picked them up first thing Thursday morning and it’s clear it’s been rushed and I’m extremely disappointed. The hem wasn’t visible on the outside before, now it is, and it’s not even straight. They knew I was in the bridal party and it seems like there was no care taken.

I’m very disappointed with the service. Left the dress a week before the event and they didnt fix it. Allegedly they called me and left a message but i checked twice and there is nothing.It wasnt for me. It was for a 14 year old girl that needed it for a birthday.They say they called. Once. At least have the decency to inform by voice message. Now i dont have the time to find another option

Terrible service. Terrible communication. They do not know what they are doing. Terrible pricing. Poorly made jobs and super late.On top of that they seem to not care at all. At all.Came here and found lots of people with same situation. Not surprised.Don’t risk it. Find somewhere else.
