Came in with genuine concerns for my health and the doctor presrecibed me pain medication. I didn't mention any pain and they seemed quite offended when I refused the script. The doctors are never on time and seem to care more about a short term solution and handing out scripts rather than fixing the actual issue.

Absolutely horrible. Have had my son in there 5 times in the last 2 weeks with a cough that bad he vomits. Have been told off the doctors there it is his asthma or an infection etc. Not one swab or blood test was done. Turns out he has whooping cough. Will never trust these doctors again with any of my family's health issues.

Good medical centre, plenty of doctors, nursing staff, pathology collection room and plenty of parking. Very pleasant and helpful staff.

Very rude and full of attitude receptionist. Showing attitude and faces to customer when the mistake is done by them. We were asked to paid more than what we were supposed to pay when we try to explain while we were paying the receptionist said u have to pay and later on other receptionist said they have been discounted by DR. Rather than fixing the error, she was making the faces and said sorry. When we asked them to fixed they asked us to wait because they are busy. Lack of communication between staff. Very very rude.

They bulk bill but make you undergo the humiliation ritual of wearing a mask

Needs to be a ZERO Star Option. I'd like to see the Doctors" schooling and Qualifications

Do not use this surgery unless you like throwing money away. My daughter went there with genuine health concerns. Without being examined, she was told it is stress and sent on her way.

Omg THE WORST SURGERY EVER unless you want to be asked to leave and stand outside cause of 1 cough which is actually a smokers cough but it doesn't matter I stood there listened to 2 of the recpetionists gossip about someone's relationship then fluff about doing God knows what then I was finally addressed asked name and if I had any flu symptoms which I answered no to I sat and waited I had a tickle in my throat I coughed went to the toilet to have a lil privacy and not be judged and as I'm walking back to my seat a rude blonde woman told me to go outside with my cough. I obliged and as I walked passed I told her but thanks for asking if I was sick so now I've been standing outside in the rain as there are not enough seats or appropriate cover from wind and rain. I ring to find out when I will be seen cause now its 30mins past my appointment and 15 mins after I called to ask what is happening.... If I wasn't sick before but I will be now. I will not return to this clinic if that's what you want to call it...... Rather get covid than return

The receptionist with the NZ accent is extremely rude and in 3 years being 'treated' by these imbeciles not once has an appointment been on time. The GPs at this clinic treat patients like they're looking for drugs rather than doing their job and medicating for genuine issues they have. My American friend was shocked to hear what I am on and says that is what their vets give their animals for pain. These are not real doctors, they are immigrants with international degrees who somehow miraculously and stupidly can still practise here - and be paid tons through our generous medicare system to pump people through it like a mass produce factory.

Should be giving 0 or negative starts if possible.If you have got all day to wait, you can visit this place.Asked receptionist that i have been sitting for an hour and my appointment was an hour ago.Got replied it is what it is, you are most welcome to leave if you don't wanna wait.What the thing about making appointments at first place, if people gonna wait for 1-2 hours after their schdueled time.
