Stems Flower Market
I went to Stems with my sister and we asked for a bright mixed bunch of flowers. As we got to the car we realised that we weren't 100% happy with one of the types of flowers in the bunch and asked the young lady behind the counter if she could swap it for something else. She kindly swapped out the flowers we didn't like and gave us some beautiful purple mixes to replace them. We are so happy with how our bunch turned out, thank you for your great customer service.

I was so disappointed, got a “bunch” of 5 peonies that were boasted to become these big beautiful flower heads and i spent the $30. Since then i have looked after them properly like all other peony flower bouquets i have had and this is the result. Ridiculous. I purchased Friday and they aren't even opening, they are just falling apart without any intervention.

The young girl at the counter was extremely kind and patient, she helped me build a bouquet exactly as I requested! The florist also did a fantastic job assembling it and making it look stunning! Couldn’t recommend this place enough

I would give 4 stars if only they charged me the right amount... second time they have done this to me, so I can only assume everyone else too.They charge you $20 for a bouquet that has $19.99 on it.Sure it's $0.01 but it's the principal. If you pay by card, there's no reason to round up the amount.So out of principal, you lose a star.
