My Mother in Law had to be placed into Age care the age of 96 in 2019.My wife sold a property to pay her mothers Bond at no time were we told what would happen when she passed away with this Bond paid out of my wife's account. We now find out that this Bond goes back into her estate for Probate!. Outrageous as my wife had a Stat Dec to say it was out of her account.Be very very aware if you decide to pay the Bond up front. The Management were very good at saying if you don't pay the Bond you will be charged per day and extra per day so you think you are doing the right thing. But NO!!!!
