Bark busters trainer Kelly arrived at my house at the time I was in a wheelchair because I am an amputee and was having stump issues and I explained that to her and asked if she could train my puppy because I was unable to walk at that time .She informed me that that was not how it worked and I asked if she could possibly train the puppy and I could watch so I knew what to do between her visits she still refused and then left crying which was so fake .Then she decided to call my daughter and lie to her saying that I tried to attack her with my wheelchairNumber one she had no right to talk to any third party about our arrangements so to involve my daughter who is not her client is illegalI have since tried to contact the company to sort this out but my number has been blocked .So I would suggest if you need a dog trainer to find a company that is a little more professional

I have reached out to Kelly as basically my beautiful French Bulldog is completely un-manageable by anyone but immediate family. She has guarding issues, anxiety, fear which then triggered aggressive behaviour. I could see how placid and beautiful she was but not many people saw that side to her. Since seeing Kelly 3 weeks ago and following her program I have noticed huge changes on Pheebs. She would react to every noise, or any thing visual she didn't like. . and was very hard to calm down. After 3 weeks she can handle lawn mowers, swans, birds, people doing work across the canal, people doing no work across the canal just minding their own business. ......We still have work with her as she has a large list of issues but I now feel I can control her where as before she had total control over me. Thank you Kelly for your guidance and support and your love for our fur kids. I really could not see how she could ever improve but I am definitely seeing the light at the tunnel <3

My partner and I adopted a 9 month old Koolie (Finn) and quickly realised we didn't know how to properly train him. He was a bit of a handful as he never had any training so we contacted Kelly and it was the best thing we could of done. As soon as Kelly stepped foot into our house she filled us both with a sense of ease. She knew exactly how to approach Finn's training and by the end of our first session we could already see his progress. Finn has made so much progress since his first training session and both my partner and I are extremely grateful to Kelly. Kelly is an expert at dog training and provides results straight away. We reached out to Kelly when the behaviours were too much for us, to the point where we were considering rehoming.1 session, and we have a completely different dog and a much happier household. Kelly spent time with our family to understand dog behaviours, educated us on diets and enrichment for our dog, and of course the training.We can now answer the door without reactivity, resolved fence aggression with the neighbours, our 4 year old can run about without fear of being nipped by the dog and our guineapig can enjoy some grass time without fear of being eaten. Kelly was punctual and communication prior to our appointment was clear and informative. The lessons we learnt where not only simple but very effective. To the point just the next day Winston was less reactive and more responsive to my commands. From the first moment I talked with Kelly, she was amazing! We had a timid little dog that had bitten family members and Kelly was so good in helping us to understand that it wasn't aggression but fear that was behind it. She gave us some amazing strategies to help us ensure the dog felt safe and to recognise that us humans needed to be consistent and firm in providing the boundaries our baby needed (a nice side bonus was the husband training too!).
