Great service and service person very knowledgeable

Dont believe their website, it says they work on many brands that only are small appliance brands but to call them to find out there do not work on any small appliance. I questioned why they had Kitchenaid, SMEG etc listed as appliances they work on and they said they had not updated their website.

We are so grateful to Steph and Jason for literally saving Christmas. Our St George oven stopped working the week before Christmas and they were able to diagnose the issue correctly, order the parts and have it fixed before Christmas. So professional and really went above and beyond to make sure it was fixed in time.

Prompt and honest service at a reasonable price.

So angry. I first phoned Downs Appliance Repairs on 20 June to get my oven looked at. The man I spoke with took the details and said they were pretty busy but he'd get back to me. It's now September! I then phoned to get my Fisher & Paykel washing machine repaired on 8 September. Vanda took the details and asked me to send a photo of the machine's serial number. I did that and got a call back around a week later saying they'll log the job. Then they rang to book in a time for this morning between 8 and 10am. Here I am waiting, on the 16th and I get a text from Vanda saying, actually they don't do Fisher & Paykel machines! She couldn't have mentioned this on the 8th!!!! This is really really poor service! I had said all along the brand and the issue. How do you get to the day of the job and realize your business doesn't do that brand??? So disappointing.

I have been trying to contact them now took my washing machine in their to be fixed in like August 2022 - went into their in January 2023 to ask about it - she had no idea which machine it was and who i was - I have never heard from them about my repair - absolutely disgusting service and lack of service - would never recommend.

Really looked after us well. Prompt repair and the cost was well worth the exercise.

The WORST!!!! Bad service…..waited 3 months for a dishwasher drainage hose, with constant phone calls and emails. No answer or reply…. So disappointing that these were the only approved AEG service repair company in Toowoomba.

Closed 2 days in a row when I went.

So close to Christmas I thought there was no hope of getting my oven fixed but not the case, they went out of their way and arrived same day as my phone call even though I was booked for two days later. They had a spare spot and remembered me!!Great service, charming repair man and extremely reasonable price.
