Emergency Locksmiths

The locksmith was fantastic. I am a foreign student and I had an emergency at midnight (a very strange situation) it was raining and so windy and he came to my home in 10 minutes. I was locked outside and panicking. He was so effective, in 5 min he could change my lock and helped me to get inside my home and he was so professional. He explained me all the procedure and all the costs. In only 20 min, he came and he solved the situation. I strongly recommend it.

Lost my key after a night out, called the guys upon realising I was locked out. A young guy arrived within 20 minutes(!) And just cracked the door open in complete silence (was worried about drilling because of my neighbors).Fair price.Although I called only once, I was left with a very positive impression! Thanks guys!

Do not use these locksmiths. They are untrustworthy.My wife and I got locked out of our apartment and got a bunch of quotes between $100-200 and chose these guys who quoted $120 cash.The locksmith (Dion) came quickly and unlocked the door with a piece of plastic in 10 seconds - no tools, no lock picking. It didn't seem right to me that it was so easy so the next day I had a close look - turns out our Lockwood deadlock was fitted incorrectly which resulted in the bolt not locking, so the plastic between the door and frame could easily slide the bolt back.I was disappointed that:1) the locksmith said nothing about our incorrectly fitted lock which was doing nothing for our security. I only discovered the issue the next day after researching how the lock works. What sort of a locksmith identifies an ill fitted lock and says nothing to the customer?2) the locksmith still charged us $120 even though he needed no locksmith skills to enter. I'm sure an honest locksmith would have told us why the job was so easy (ie the lock wasn't working), and then charged us a fair fee for the 10 seconds of work required.The next day I called Dion and 'Emergency Locksmiths' main number the next day to express my disappointment, but was not allowed to speak to the business owner and no explanation or resolution was offered.I recommend you find another locksmith who you can trust.EDIT: the owners response probably tells you everything you need. Total inability to take responsibility for poor service. No ownership for failing to comment on an ill fitted lock. No decent locksmith finds a broken lock and doesn't tell the customer. Take your business elsewhere :)

I had urgently replace my front door lock. Emergency Locksmiths were able to schedule me the same day. They are reasonably priced. well done!
