What a wonderful service l received!!! My car key broken and in a clear way. The lovely man who rescued me by RUNNING to fix my car key so l could move on. What a fantastic kind service!! I did not think Sydney had it in it still!!

Great skilled locksmith with a very honest desk and well priced.I brought in a lock with a key snapped inside and the locksmith extracted the key and cut 2 new keys on the spot in less than 10 minutes.Great honest business and very welcoming.

Had issues with a key copied at Bunnings -- none of the copies worked. Took my key here and copied keys worked flawlessly. A little more expensive but worth the assurance.

I have used this shop for over 10 years. Very knowledgeable folks, I have never had any issues with any keys they have cut. I have used them for home rentals, and work projects. Funny, I recently commented to a co-worker that came with me to cut some of his own keys, that I never fail to go away feeling smarter about locks in some way! He agreed! Highly recommended for Attitude, Enthusiasm, Skill and Accuracy!!

John Farrer locksmith are so incredibly helpful and do such a great job. I spoke to Alison to arrange for some replacement keys for locks in our office. Some of the locks weren't standard, which makes them difficult to replace, but Alison was able to find a simple and cost effective solution for us very quickly. I also learned more about how locks work! Very grateful to Alison for all her help!

I copy my motorcycle key for $25 with a lady.actually the key is too short and couldnt go inside my bike.At first meeting, if couldnt made or if any risk the key couldt use, please said it first when the costumer come.I call 2times in there, and the answer is not satisfied and asked me to go to motorcycle shop, why not at begin you say thay. Im just disappointed.Hopefully this lesson will not come to other costumer and hopefully only me.

Fantastic friendly competent quick service... Came here after another locksmith said they couldn't do a copy of my key. Here, within a minute I had a copy of my key for much cheaper than other places which have copied keys for me.
