Unfortunately I would rather leave half a star. We purchased hot chips and a bowl of fruit paying $7.95 for a bowl of fruit. We know prices are expensive every where, but we received a cup of fruit.Come on, we don't bring food or drinks in, we buy from here to help a business out.The owner was abrupt and dismissive and indicated he had no idea of it being a rip off.

I am giving this place one star because I am incredibly disappointed in what happened to my family this morning.Firstly, my son has allergies so normally I pack a lunchbox for him with foods that he can safely eat. He is also very particular with what he wants to eat and this is due to his allergies.Today we had someone come up to our table and tell us that we were not allowed outside food into the facility. I explained that my son has allergies and this was why we brought the food in.After she walked away I had a look at the menu. The menu was overpriced and lacked healthy and nutritious options for families with young children.According to Lollipops, it is a play centre policy to not allow outside food due to health regulations to allow us to maintain a healthy and safe environment for our visitors, especially those with any severe food allergies. If they cared that much about their customers, wouldn’t they LISTEN to their feedback? Food is overpriced! There are no nutritional options. Isn’t this place for young children? Yet they are serving unhealthy food and providing no nutritional options. Yeah they have a vegetarian burger and a salad… what toddler will want that?Would love for Lollipops to show they actually care about their customers and listen to the feedback.I take my children to lots of other places like zoos, aquariums, museums and never have issues with bringing food in for the kids. I honestly believe it’s because they are simply money hungry.Shame on you Lollipops, take some action and start putting our little people first. They are the reason for your play centre existing, aren’t they?

Today is my first visit. The staff here is very inflexible and unfriendly compared to other branches, and there is also no healthy food on the menu for little babies aged 15 months. Nevertheless, they are never allows outside food. My baby can't chew food with a teething, so he puts it in a juice cup in the form of a smoothie and feeds it. I talked about this situation, but even that was rejected. The baby came out to go home because he was hungry. And when the baby was in the ball pool in the Todler space, she kept throwing the ball that fell on the floor into the ball pool where our baby was. I was worried that the baby would get hit, but I didn't want to argue because I didn't think he was throwing it on purpose, so I was just watching the baby. The employee should be careful. This playground is neat, but other parts are very disappointing.

Has been one of our favourite play centres. I will say in the last few months the cleanliness has dropped off. I’ve been first in there before when floors obviously hadn’t been cleaned and the ball pit was almost empty because the balls were everywhere else in the centre. I feel like that’s something that should be fixed at the end of every day. Not sure if there is new owners but the staff could be a little happier. Overall still one of our sons favorite centres.

We really enjoyed. Amazing food. Except kids’ jar of juice. I like to recommend to offer apple juice for kids in the future. Overall very good. Staffs are very friendly.

Absolutely Pathetic service. Organized my child’s Birthday party here and it was a big mistake. They need another register and coffee machine to serve customers quickly. Overpriced and very unorganized. They can do really well if they hire a good manager. Pizza’s are flavorless. Birthday room booking are only for 90mins and not what they advertise. Overall a BAD experience
