Beauty Stop (Tweed City)

Possibly the worst set of nails I’ve ever had, they are lumpy and disgusting. I’ve been coming here a while and the last two times has been terrible nails, they just rush and don’t care about the end product. The price list also says $55 but they charged me $65 when I didn’t get anything extra. Stop taking so many walk ins if you can’t do it, i have been coming here for over a year but I think this will be my last set as they are DISGUSTING.

worst nail salon i have been to!i went last week and got my toenails painted (shellac) and its been almost one week now and the shellac is clumpy and starting to come off! the salon was so rushed! they kept taking people in when they had no room and couldn’t concentrate on one person at a time! by far the worst experience i have had, would not recommend. The staff in the salon were also so entitled and mean and rushed. Why take people in if have no space!! Very disappointing!!

WORST SALON EVER!! Staff were rude and obnoxious and pedicure was absolutely appalling. Definitely NOT worth $62! Absolutely disgraceful.

Prices online are different to instore. I have attached a pic for others convenience. Bookings don’t mean much as they accept too many clients for the workers they have leaving people waiting, had a booking for 2 people at 11:30 and they only started my friend at 12 and mine at 12:30 which almost made us late for our next appointment as we expected we’d be getting our nails done at the same time at 11:30. I like my nails and I like the art, the cost was reasonable as well only $80 which I was happy with. I would go again but wouldn’t trust a booking.

I do not recommend at all. Entitled and rude staff. Had a full set of nails and 2 days later 3 of them snapped off and my acrylic nail polish has chipped on my toe nails. I called and let the store know I will be back to have them fixed and upon rocking up on 2 different occasions I was told to come back different days, lady in glasses just looks at you and then ignores you (waits for someone else to serve me because she knows I’m coming back after 2 days after spending $120). They wouldn’t fix them asked me to come back in a few days (will be over the 5 days by then for free fix up). Not to mention, they continue to take customers at this time but refuse to fix 3 of my nails after I had already paid. Absolute scammersAlso, management refuse to give any refund for any of their mistakes. Beware

Came to beauty stop to get a manicure, showed the lady at the front the picture of the nails I wanted and was told I would be paying $55. As the nail lady started to do my nails she asked to see photo and said It would be 80 after she had started leaving me no choice but to stay and not leave to go to another nail service. Sneaky business to scam and get extra money. Customer service was DISGUSTING I was treated as if it was as an effort to do the service I was asking for which was a simple colour. I was told in a very distasteful way to was my hands which made me uncomfortable because she saw me biting my nail beforehand. The only reason I came to beauty stop was because all the nail salons around were full. Will NEVER be coming back and neither will my friends. After the lady was unimpressed about me not wanting to pay $80 for a simple angle French tip. Out of spite did a terrible job with painting them and cut the side of my finger till it bled. Not good beauty stop tweed heads, Do better.

The lovely lady in red hair was soprofessional and kind. she was gentle and she did my nails amazingly. would recommend this shop.
