We had an absolute bad experience purchasing a bed and mattress for our kid.We went to the Greenacre shop on New Year's Eve and was told there was a promotion across and best to purchase the bed online. So we went ahead and did it.2 weeks has gone past, I drove past the store and double checked that Mattress and bed will be ready in another two weeks.3 weeks later, I was told the bed quality is no good as paint has been chipped and they suggest me to cancel or refund my order, we were furious that it could have been our decision to buy bed somewhere else and the message is not consistent and as a customer i'd like to be informed earlier.Upon requesting full refund, one of the customer service rep said they can't refund mattress in full as their policy, i told her I have never received any goods and why do I need a mattress if the Bed Frame has problems???!!Finally full refund resolved and received, but overall this whole experience turned me off as a customer and I would never come back again.Years ago (8 years), the business was full focussing on customer needs and now I felt like they really don't care about customers. Very sad for a business to turn out to be like this.

We found Bedworks excellent. Their website had all necessary information and specifications, unlike many other companies. In store the service was friendly with staff that knew their product from an extensive range. There was another welcome surprise after we ordered with the delivery 2 weeks earlier than expected. The delivery men and installers were also great. No complaints.

When buying the bed the offer was to have free delivery. Come into the store to buy the mattress the next weekend and the person selling it in the camperdown address is trying to imply it shouldn't be. Get a phone call saying if its a missed delivery on Wednesday itll cost me when they offered Wednesday or Saturday (why not ask what suits better?). Call to ask if they will take it into the house (didnt let them know but a bad back made me hesitant) it was expected I was helping him. Whether this was a reaction to free delivery and so only one person came or not the expectation that someone would be there to help take the mattress into the property is a bad service. Whose to say they don't expect it from someone completely unable to do this.The guy delivering also assumed I would dispose of the plastic covering the mattress and said I had to deal with it.Assumptions and expectations everywhere and not happy with the service.

Purchased a new mattress recently and the customer support was very good. Questions answered and advice given. We are extremely happy with our chosen mattress. The delivery was prompt; bought and delivered within 24 hrs and the delivery guys were fantastic. Polite, courteous and extremely efficient. 2 flights of stairs no problem. Can confidently recommend Bedworks.

We've just had our bed delivered and we're happy with it. The reason for the review though is that the delivery staff provided a great service. Essentially, they were some of the most professional delivery staff I've ever encountered.- They were very polite.- They were very careful bringing in the bed.- They took great pains to describe how to remove the bed from the plastic to avoid damage to the bed.- They also described in detail how to care for the bed's fabric.It's great to see such professionalism!

I bought a new mattress during lockdown over the phone, without even trying it out and it's perfect. Discussed what I needed with the extremely lovely Giselle over the phone, who helped me decide which style was best for me, and compare prices ... very very happy with result - many thanks Giselle. :-)

I initially had a really good experience when consulting to the retail staff member in the Stanmore location. Two weeks in I changed my order and thought that everything would be okay. After six weeks or more I called to check in with the status of my order and received the balance. They tried to charge me for an item I purchased in a separate transaction and one of the women I spoke to was quite rude on the phone. On the day of the delivery they ended up giving the delivery people the wrong order as there was obviously no communication with the manufacturer that my order had changed so they went with the original. I felt really sorry for the delivery drivers as they tried to explain the situation to the staff member in the Stanmore shop and she was very short and abrupt with them. When I was on the phone she was extremely aggressive in her tone and didn’t apologise once for the mistake. She made me feel really uncomfortable and I had to get off the phone. The delivery guys were super lovely I am sorry they had to be part of the drama. I think witnessing that kind of disrespect amongst colleagues is a really poor reflection of the culture of this business and I really hope this is something they look into.

Went into the Stanmore Store to purchase a mattress and staff were extremely friendly and helpful from start to finish,I love my new mattress the quality and comfort is amazing such wonderful sleeps now,I have brought a few things from this store I can say I will return again. The delivery process was fantastic very prompt and professional service.

I went in ready to spend a chunk of money, since I knew which of the products I wanted. Having been in retail myself, I know the public can be demanding and hard to please sometimes, so I cut the salesperson some slack initially. There was no one in the store, she kept looking at the computer screen, and I finally had to shout and flag her down to ask for her help. In a nutshell, things continued to go downhill, as, along with the poor service, she knew little about the stock and seemed indifferent and irritated that I was there. I left without buying what I wanted. I called and left a message for the director to avoid leaving a review like this. Four weeks or so later, no phone call, so here’s my caution for others…

Amazing customer service and communication in the shop and over the phone.Received my bed and mattress package about a week ago. By far the best sleep I’ve had. I keep sleeping through my alarm!!The gentlemen building the bed were really nice and helpful as well. Gave me tips on maintaining the aesthetics of the bed and took all the rubbish away with them.Thank you bedworks!!
