Being a hourglass jewelers I expected they would do there watch work in shop but to my horror I bring my omega Seamaster watch to have a battery replacement and they took it around to another store, which broke a part on it and returned it to me and lied and said they don't make parts anymore., I took it home and purchased the movement off the net and got another store to replace it..Very disappointed
