This business has the worst customer service of any I’ve ever worked with. We had to cancel and had already paid a deposit, of which they told us from the start that we would get a refund for (it’s not always expected to get a refund, but if a company states that you’re getting one, you should get one). Firstly their listed phone numbers on google and their website are wrong so from the beginning I thought I was getting scammed.Over the following three months I called and emailed once a week. The woman I spoke to kept twisting the story, lying and saying that she didn’t get our emails (I had the email address perfectly correct and I cc’d my partner who received all of them - and then I sent from 3x different email addresses), she over and over told me that “accounts” was in charge of the refund and then refused to give me any contact details for accounts - I’ve never come across a business that doesn’t have a contact for their accounts team. She once raised her voice and yelled at me for asking what was going on because she hadn’t called me back in over a week, when she said she would the next day.After three months, my partner called and she turned around and said we wouldn’t actually be getting a refund after all?!I then spoke to the other staff member from a different department explaining the situation and she was very nice and said that she would raise it with the head of the company, but then I never heard back from anyone.I’m so extremely disappointed by their behaviour and I feel like I have been scammed.

Backloading Aus. Was ok to deal with but the Subcontractors were horrible!!! Firstly, we should of been told we would be dealing with Super Cheap removals. English was overiously a second language from all staff, drivers were rough and very aggressive! Payment did not clear to supercheap after 5 days and they demand cash on delivery when it was already paid!! after 5 out of 7 items of furniture was scratched. Not happy.
