The team at SolarTank fitted my panel and battery system in late September. The team are brilliant, lovely to have around and the workmanship is 1st class. I am now 99% off grid and pumping huge amounts back into the grid. We are a family of four, have washing machines, ovens, air con and pool heaters going day and night and now everything is powered by the sun. We shopped around before we found the team at SolarTank so be careful of cheap alternatives and bogus energy company offers. If you have the chance fit the biggest system you can, the team gave us a few alternatives and did the maths with us. As a result we went with a larger system and it is paying off big time. Harry and Kieren are superb to deal with, they love the technology and run a fantastic business.

I really wanted to get solar installed on my place but I was a little unsure about the technology and best way to go about it. Kieran was wonderful, he talked me through the process and answered my many questions. So glad I went ahead with the team at Solar Tank, great insight and installation!

We paid money up front for a battery installation and after they'd gone, found that they'd programmed the battery to CHARGE during evening peak. YTF would you do that? When we asked them the question, we were told that they had to find out from the manufacturer. That was the last we heard from them.Since then, they haven't had the courtesy to return phone calls or provide responses to a number of emails. Very poor after sales service IMHO. We've advised them that we'll be seeking compensation. We'll actively avoid any other dealings with them.
