5 star service and best indian restaurant I've been in whole Victoria! Has got robot delivery and such a great ambience. I am a SriLankan and never been in love with indian food like this ever before. Must visit place in Dalesford if you're here or passing by! Very friendly and pleasant service! Such a lovely bunch of staff! You deserve 5 stars guys!

We were so happy to find this gem of a restaurant on a cold winter night. Situated just around the main street, we were welcomed by the lovely staff. The ambience was striking. And the aroma seemed quite familiar.Food exceeded our expectations. We would be back for sure !

We loved our experience at this beautiful authentic Indian restaurant, the food was delicious and light on the stomach. It was my husband’s birthday and we had the food delivered to our table with a happy birthday song played which I found was very sweet and thoughtful. Thank you for an amazing experience and making my husband’s birthday extra special.

I have gotten take out from Taj Mahal, at least twice a week for the last two years. That should already tell you a lot. The food is consistently brilliant, and the staff are always overwhelmingly fantastically friendly, and brilliant at their jobs. It really is some of the best Indian cuisine I have ever had the fortune of eating, and the fact that it is right here in Daylesford, never ceases to astonish me. How lucky we are as a community to have this jewel of a restaurant right on our doorsteps.

Best restaurant in Daylesford we visited this restaurant on a party. food was fantastic so we visited again today and the taste was same as it was on the party we ordered gobhi manchurian pani puri mix plater goat masala and mlai kofta everything was so delicious gobhi manchurian was speechless and the hospitality is next level they came again and again to ask us that we need anything else with beautiful smile to be honest this is must visit place for authentic Indian food as I have visited many restaurants they don’t care about customers we will visit again definitely. Thanks for your service Guys.

Really clean place with nice ambience. Service is really friendly. They have this really cute robot that brings the dishes out to tables too. Food was great, we ordered the chicken vindaloo, chicken korma, malai kofta, garlic naan and the jeera rice. All were very flavourful and tasted really authentic. Would recommend if you’re craving Indian and are visiting Daylesford!

Best Indian takeaway in a long time, the butter chicken was really to-die-for, sooooo tasty & creamy!!! And the tandoori chicken quarters were tasty and different. The herby pea rice was a nice change too with caraway. So a few days later we just had to go for Dine-In. Tried Puri Chaat for the first time - delish! & the Palak paneer was so creamy and thick, great! Also, friendly service and a nice clean feel to the place. Highly recommend.
