Torque Gear for Guys

Torque was one of the best in-store shopping experiences I've ever had, The staff are friendly and very helpful, their advice is great and they have a great range of clothing. The shop itself is wheelchair accessible and clean. I highly recommend Torque for those that don't mind spending more money for not just quality clothing but also quality service!

We recently purchased 4x full suits, vests, shirts, belts and shoes from torque gear for guys for our wedding. We ordered and paid in full in May, but around 2 or 3 weeks before our wedding in October we were made aware (after having to make the first move to contact the store) that our suits had not arrived. We were given a lot of conflicting information (excuses) as to why they hadn't arrived which ultimately led us to believe that they had failed to order the suits in the first place. We found jo to be rude, and spoke over us when she tried to real off more Excuses.Thankfully our suits arrived just in time, however, the disappointment unfortunately continued when we collected the suits and noticed that the colour of the shoes (that were also purchased back in May) were also wrong. 3x pairs were correct while 1x was completely different. Once again jo fed us full of excuses and even went as far as blaming her staff when it was in fact her that made the original order and failed to overlook the items she had put aside for us.While our suits were absolutely beautiful and thankfully arrived just in time, I would still not recommend torque gear for guys to anyone.

Terrible experience. Went in with my partner and good 2 Groomsmen to get suits. Lady was very rude. I asked for a pant and she only gave me 2 options. Then asked what colour shirt I wanted I said white and she said it will clearly go with white but I said I would like to see it all together so she stormed off and come back with a shirt and said I was only allowed to try it on the groom. Same with belt and shoes. She rolled her eyes at me when I said something and was very rude and felt like she was pushing us out of the store. We did not purchase from here as we didn't feel she deserved our business. Will go somewhere else!

I've never bought a suit and when I got to the store, I don't know what to pick or what I was doing. But they helped me out and give me the best service, that I, now, have an amazing full suit. Very friendly and a nice place.
