My 120 page submission to DMIRS Consumer Protection in 2021 documents systemic failures by them, over many years, in their handling of my investment property in Sth Hedland and resulted in them being issued a formal warning as a result of the investigation for breaching rules 5&6 of the Real Estate and Business Agents and Sales Representatives Code of Conduct 2016, and section 68(5) of the Real Estate & Small Business Agents Act 1978 for not acting in the best interests of a client"
