So pissed to go to the business centre and find out that it is shut and to be sent over to a retail shop in the centre to only be told we don't do business here but sit down here and call some 1300 number for help. With service like this its no wonder that you are having to close a heap of stores. Thinking the retail shops will soon be gone too with this attitude to customer service.
