We ordered take away last evening, barbecue chicken was not well cooked, sauce dripping everywhere fries were soggy . Very disappointed

I ordered on menulog, it was almost a $100 order so kind of expected it to be a priority. The order was estimated to arrive at 7:50-8:10 and is now only being delivered now at 8:42!!? we tried calling nandos jindalee and what a surprise... no answer. not even hungry anymore :(

I would avoid this restaurant they burnt chicken and instead of putting it in the bin they gave it to me. Chips were cold, old and soggy with so much seasoning you couldn't eat them even if you popped them back into the oven. I complained because I couldn't eat it and I was given my money back and a voucher. 3 months later I went to use the voucher and it's invalid. This is the only place I've had both ends of the spectrum raw chicken and cremated chicken. At least the raw could be cooked more.

Always good food served here. Staff are usually polite and helpful. 22/01/23, staff did really well. They are a young team and were very busy, yet they kept professional and polite. Well done!

It took 10 minutes to get someone's attention. Was ignored no one would make eye contact with the food sitting in the warmer the whole time. The chips stale when I got home.

Why dose all the chicken taste like you bathed it in lemon pepper? nowhere did it say lemon pepper was a ingredient in the haloumi burger or the Chicken classic with bacon. We did not ask for it to be added either. My very first Nandos experience. and now my last. good job.

i had my food cooked for me by this strange girl on the back grill, a ginger to be exact. She was quirky but my lord she gave me the best food i have ever eaten in my life. This place is even on earth when she is on that grill

I have eaten at Nando's around the world and unfortunately this branch leaves a lot to be desired. We were served undercooked Lukewarm Chicken and over salted fries, we all left afterwards worried we may all get food poisoning from eating pink chicken.

Food was great but the manager serving from the pickup counter has got such a bad attitude. Really disappointed, I got a look up and down and raised eyebrows instead of a “hello, what can I do for you?”I have worked hospitality myself for 10 years now and understand it’s a stressful industry but there’s a bare minimum for customer service and this wasn’t it.

Very disappointing experience. Our mains were cooked well and tasted good. The sides of French fries were over-seasoned. There was a sickly amount on mine. The size of the quarter chicken was pathetic- probably 2 or 3 mouthfuls of meat. The dining area needed a good clean as well. Tables weren't wiped down and the amount of dust on the light fixtures was appalling.
