Love this place. Although it's smaller than the kmart ones so far everything i need is there. Only thing I noticed with Khub is that the store have all their trolleys for their stock around. Sometimes the item you like are in it but it is not on the shelf yet.

Customer service isn't a thing you ask for help and they don't even bother to ask over the head set they have you left with a guess and a I would say we don't have it" thank for asking it's so hard to do and the stock never In."

A great department store with very friendly staff and extensive range of products (only lacking a photoshop, furniture, fishing and kids furniture. Beautifully presented and a fantastic shopping experience

Messy and disorganised, not dissimilar to a 'rough-edged' $2 shop.After raising my concerns with staff, apparently having no stock on shelves and instead bundled in multiple metal carts strewn throughout the store is their latest company policy.I had to trawl through one of these metal carts to find the King Single Air Mattress I had come to the store to purchase....not a good experience when the likes of Big W are so perfectly stocked and organised.Definitely not on the same level as any other of the competing department stores!

Could not speak highly enough of the click and collect service I received today.I had a very tired baby who was upset being in the trolley so I had to carry her and push the trolley.The lovely lady (sorry don’t know her name)from click and collect arranged my order in my trolley and even offered to help me out of the store.She was so helpful and understanding, I can’t thank her enough.

Covid has effected some products but the clothes are plentiful at a reasonable price.It would be nice if shop assistants said hello or ask if they could help.They did put baskets around the shop in case you get too much, great strategy as shoppers could keep going.Glad they still serve people at checkout.Appreciate khub assisting families with cheap prices....thanksA little slow to open a check out....and had to pack myself....i like being served as I believe it keeps people in work but think it is a service ...Have a good range of crafty stuff...
