As per Amazon, my parcel was with Toll from May 5th and has still not been delivered to my address. At the same time, I contacted toll customer support, saying they tried to deliver, and now I must collect it from the depot. I still have not received any message or call about the package pickup location. Not even eligible for one start.

I was told I could pick up my iteams on Saturday between 7am and 11am, when I got to the collection point no one was there so i called and was told to just come back Monday, horrible customer service

Had a missed delivery and the card didn't advise where the parcel had been taken. Called to find out and was advised I had to wait until after 7pm to check the website. Checked later and apparently the alternate delivery point was closed so it was taken back to the depot. Doesn't indicate which one so called the next morning - only to be told by the operator they couldn't tell me over the phone where the depot was and said I would have to wait 24 - 48 hours to receive a text message advising the address?!Absolutely useless customer service (doesn't even qualify to be called that).Avoid this circus at all costs.

There isn't a star low enough to qualify this comment!! 5 weeks I have been trying to get a price for 25kg prepaid metro con notes, I think I have been sent all over Asia by phone to talk to people who haven't a clue about what I want!! Been using Toll for 40 years. Now I'm looking for another freight forwarder. Not happy!

I also took a day off, live in an apartment complex as they don't inform you a specific time or even timeframe. The driver didn't even call and just left a card. You cannot say you attempted delivery when you haven't even attempted. Called customer service and no help. Only said they can reschedule to another day.. and I said I cannot lose another day off work without guarantee the driver wouldn't do the same exact thing.

Useless company.organized delivery with customer service. They gave me a ref number. Sat by the door all day long waiting for the parcel. They even didn’t bother to show up. Absolutely disgusting service. ZERO stars

Inexcusable customer service - only partial delivery, could not tell me where the rest of the delivery is. Could not actually speak with a person. Can not believe how bad the service is. I actually need to give zero stars.
