I have had the best experience renting a place through Raine & Horne Batemans Bay. Marianne went above and beyond to help me sign my lease and pick up keys: she was exceptionally generous and accommodating, I appreciate her kindness and excellent service so much. I also found Rick to be wonderfully helpful. I would highly recommend both of them, they were absolutely fantastic.

As a rental applicant who just wanted to look at a rental property I was amazed at how difficult this agency makes the process.I could more than afford the rental and had good references yet I was rejected over a small technical detail.Even after telling them I could pay 6 months in advance for a 6 months lease I was told it wasn't secure enough!...The girl I was speaking to was good enough to reply promptly and was courteous in her manner but they need to work on their human side a little as they just missed out on a great tenant!... All wanted was to look at the property and compared to all the other agents in the bay R & H makes it extremely difficult.

Rick was incredible to deal with. Knowing our circumstances and everything, he went above and beyond to find us a place and was so incredible with his customer service! Marianne was lovely & extremely informative regarding our tenancy & other certain things regarding the complex we are moving into.
