We cannot even begin to describe how wonderful our experience at Willow & Stone was! Upon viewing the venue and meeting Leisha, we instantly felt that it was the perfect place for our wedding. It encapsulated our vision of a beautiful garden wedding so perfectly. We truly feel blessed to have had the privilege of celebrating our special day here. Leisha, Laura, and the team were absolutely phenomenal. In the months prior, James and I were honestly blown away by Leisha and Laura's attention to detail, positivity, warmth, and thoughtfulness. They would always make themselves available for a phone call and answer all of our questions. We felt so relaxed and reassured, it was like catching up with old friends on the phone. We feel honoured to have worked with you both. The wedding day itself was absolutely perfect and we couldn't have asked for more. The coordination by Leisha, Laura, and the team was flawless, and James, myself, and our guests felt so special and looked after. We loved everything about Willow & Stone, especially the bridal suite, personalised cocktails, and the flexibility and customisability of the space! We stumbled across Willow & Stone on Instagram, and upon visiting in late summer 2020, we immediately fell in love with the place. The stunning gardens, multiple areas and the fantastic amenities were everything you could hope for in a wedding venue - and the attention to detail that owners Leish & Carlos provide is second to none.Leading up to the big day in March 2021, Leish was always on hand to bounce ideas off, and multiple times she came up with more cost-effective alternatives to vendors we were thinking of working with. She even sourced a dog minder for our dachshund Maxwell!A genuinely kind and selfless person, it’s clear that Leish’s only concern on your wedding day is you. Between herself and events coordinator Sarah, there’s no hiccup or issue too big to overcome (something we found out first hand when our band didn’t show). Leish and Sarah called around her vast network of local contacts, and helped to source us a DJ at the last minute, as well as a saxophonist to drive all the way from Melbourne!In summary (TL ; DR) - you won’t regret booking Willow & Stone Estate, where you get so much more than just a truly stunning & beautiful wedding venue. I simply cannot thank or recommend Leish, Carlos and their team enough for hosting the wedding of our dreams.

From the moment I walked into this venue, I knew it was the venue of our dreams. The beautifully manicured estate grounds, to the stunning bridal suite, everything about this venue is perfect. Leisha, Laura, Carlos and the whole W&SE Team, WOW! You guys are absolutely incredible. Even when things didn't go to plan, not once did you make us feel stressed or anxious which is every brides dream.Thank-you for making mine and Josh's wedding the best day of our lives. Truely incredible!We are so glad we chose W & SE for our wedding in Feb '21.We initially visited for a tour in August 2019 and knew immediately it was the place for us, even on a 3 degree, wet and windy Ballarat day.From initial contact to post-wedding, Leisha was extremely thoughtful, kind, and professional. Leisha was so accommodating and supportive even despite the uncertainties with covid and potential postponement of our date.When you book here for your wedding, you are booking for the entire weekend. This was super important to us, as we were able to host our casual, post-wedding BBQ here on the Sunday too, allowing us to spend precious extra time with our guests.As for the wedding day, it went off without a hitch. All of our guests were amazed by the beautiful surrounds and the incredibly polite and professional staff. There was never an empty glass, and the bespoke cocktails that Leisha and her bar staff were able to deliver were definitely a hit.This place seriously needs to be seen to be believed, photos, as great as they are, just don't do it justice.The bridal suite on site is an added bonus, and is absolutely beautiful.Thank you Leisha, Carlos and your entire team for allowing us to celebrate our wedding at your property.M & S

Willow & Stone, what a venue!We chose Willow & Stone for our March 2023 wedding as we were looking for a beautiful venue with gorgeous grounds for our afternoon garden wedding. Due to the beauty of the venue, it required very little additional styling and provided many amazing photo opportunities. The permanently set up marquee was a brilliant idea, in case of unexpected wet weather, however we were graced with a lovely clear day with temperatures in the mid 20s.The festoon lighting over the deck provided the perfect spot for our sunset 1st dance and many of our guests enjoyed a dance there too.Our guests loved the bar set up, the thoughtful touches in the bathroom of sunscreen etc and complimented how beautiful the venue is.The bridal suite and adjoining rooms are absolutely amazing, the perfect spot to get ready and then retire to at the end of your special day; we definitely didnt want to leave as it's so comfortable and luxurious.The whole team - Leisha, Carlos, Mia, Laura, Sarah, Alex were wonderful to work with, so professional, so thoughtful and with good ideas and suggestions to make our day more special, we cannot recommend Willow & Stone more highly.Our day was everything we'd imagined and more perfect than we could've hoped for.
