Honey Bang Bang
High-end, contemporary Asian cuisine in the Hills. Well plated dishes with an intentional and unique flavour profiles. Our favourite entree was the salt and pepper eggplant, while the barramundi curry was very more-ish. Front of house knew the menu inside out, and were most attentative and friendly. Arguably the best Asian restaurant in Mt Barker.

My wife and I had the banquet for two for our wedding anniversary and the food was amazing. We had the chicco roll, salt and vinegar eggplant, crying tiger, green chicken curry and beef rendang. All dishes had so much flavor. We sat outside and there is a really nice atmosphere about the place. The staff were really friendly!

Every single thing we ordered was delicious! The papaya salad was amazing paired with the barramundi curry. The salt and vinegar eggplant alone was worth a visit! The prices reflected the quality of the food, you pay a little more but get more flavour, freshness and overall quality. Staff where helpful and service was very prompt, we went on a Thursday night with was a good atmosphere and not too noisy. Will be back soon

Honestly one of the best meals of my life, and that’s saying something!!! They nailed every single dish. They served every dish with an attention to detail while heroing local products and produce. The sticky lamb ribs are an absolute must when you go!

We have been wanting to visit this restaurant for ages ...why oh why did we wait so long?5 minutes from home and one of the best meals we have had in the Hills for a long time.Great friendly staff, an immediate offer of acomplimentary birthday drink and the food was awesome...so fresh and tasty. My Duck salad was to the perfect size after a spicy starter and my husband had the Barramundi fillets in turmeric sauce which he loved.Judging by the way the restaurant was filling up and on a Tuesday night it is very popular ...well deserved and we will certainly revisit.

Honey bang bang is such a wonderful hidden little gem. It has quickly become my favourite hills restaurant. Their customer service is second to none! The staff are beyond amazing, offering great humour and are always very cheerful. The food is mouth watering every time! I haven’t had anything I wouldn’t order again! You won’t regret dining here!

First of all, we experienced some of the best customer service around, bar none! Warm, welcoming, very professional and staff seemed happy to be there. And the atmosphere was spot on! Very relaxing and vibey. Huge thumbs up for this! However our experience was tainted with a couple of things. In summary: the value for money. Firstly, meal prices were high and portion sizes too small. We both left feeling a bit under nourished. My meal came to about $40 and I could have eaten much more. The second thing was my partners drink (a common spirit plus mixer) was served in a short tumbler with an ice ball literally the size of 2/3 of the glass. (See Pic taken approx 15mins after drink had arrived and had melted a bit). We removed the ice ball and there was literally a mouth full of liquid left. There's no way that was a full sized shot of spirit plus mixer and it tasted weak. However we were charged the expensive price of a full drink. We thought that was a bit too cheeky. So unfortunately, we left feeling a bit underwhelmed.

Honey Bang Bang
Saw this place featured on Hello SA program, was not disappointed. The meal was amazing. A mouthful of flavour in every bite. You could taste each flavour of the ingredients in the dish. Service was fantastic and a spotlessly clean restaurant. Thanks for the wonderful experience. Highly recommend Honey Bang Bang.

What a treasure! Ambience is fab, staff are friendly and the food is super fresh and delicious. Cocktails were superb.We ordered the banquet and were blown away with the quality and quantity.Highly recommend this gem!
