Australian Crash Repairs

Very rude to customers and poor communication within staff. First a young male staff started taking pictures of damage, later an old fella came and asked if I was shopping around and refused service by making up an excuse that they are very busy. On top of this Angry female receptionist. Almost made me cry, there was a feeling of racial discrimination, I could be wrong, God knows

First of All I am an extreme car enthusiast.I gave my 2020 G20 330i to get a dent fix through my insurance.Gavin was very professional in explaining me the repairing process and fixed the dent magically.Once I took my car back home I noticed few over spray over the car. I took my car back and I was surprised how helpful Gavin was in taking accountability and assuring me that he will fix the issue immediately. I have added some before and after pictures and you can see what an amazing job they did in removing the over spray.Every shop does a good job but most of them never take accountability when they do a mistake and start giving excuses.I want to thank Gavin for being so kind and apologetic and immediately fixed the issue and brought my car back to brand new level.I will highly recommend this Shop to all my friends and anyone who is reading this review!

Someone hit my car while my car was parked in a shopping mall. Fortunately, I was able to get details from the driver and I contacted this company through my car insurance company. I got my car 4 days after I dropped my car with them. They have done a good job. My car looks like a brand new. :) Thank you for wonderful work you have done.

These guys were absolutely awesome! They got me out of a sticky situation and were professional, timely and communicative all the way through. They were so easy to deal with and you can tell they have a good culture inside the business…..everybody is so nice and customer orientated. Thanks so much guys, you were awesome. We have been here twice for minor repairs to model 3 and the craftsmanship has been fantastic. Very professional service and top quality work. I really hope to not need a crash repairer in the future but if I do I’ll be coming back here! Great work

I have to say if I could give double 5 Stars to these guys I would like to do so. I was well looked after by Ben and Peter and other staffs. They did an amazing job that much much better than my expectation. The painting job was extremely good and they washed and cleaned my messy BMW inside and outside and made it like brand new. Well done. Definitely recommended!!! Thank you very much.

I used their services over the last few years, but the most recent one, went other way, costing them losing a job, a loyal costumer and 2 star review.They are fast to get the job, but when they are authorised, they may hold the quote for weeks or months before even submitting it to the insurer, to justify the late service. In my case after a month still they hadn’t sent the quote and when I asked them, simply they said that they were busy.I gave them few chances, but the way they cut you, or make you feeling under pressure, ( you know when you talk to them ) made me querying other BMW accredited repairer in Adelaide, which luckily found another one.It seems that not only they are too busy to be interested in taking jobs, but they have lost the good costumer service as well.I hope this review makes them double think next time they treat others and to see no more experience like mine.2 star for their workmanship in the past, but whole package is pushing me away.
