The night shift women is soooo rude she said to me directly that she don’t wanna serve me and she said to go some where els or i will call the police I didn’t know what happened and until I didn’t know what i did wrongMaybe i just asked that can i come inside because I wanted chips and drinks so i asked if it’s possible but she destroyed my night i will never stop to this station anymore

I made a coffee today and I was in hurryThe kid who was working at seven eleven at 5 pm today 13-11- 2022I went to the counter he was counting the cash I said can I pay for the coffee I’m in hurry the respond was why you are so rude he took the coffee and then I mad another coffee didn’t pay for itI’m wondering if you not let that kid at seven eleven in Dandenong north I love Aussies they have the best costumer services!Thanks was asif from James street Dandenong

Prices on some or most things are too expensive and the atm should be free and have no surcharge as well as the customer should be able/allowed to withdraw more than just $50 over the counter.... what if the atm is not working but you need to withdraw more than $50.... ?Assorted hot food such as pies, sausage rolls and other hot food should be available 24/7 or for the complete time that 7- Eleven is open for business day and night.... if you run out of hot food or as a customer buys a hot food product, replace that product by putting another in the warmer/oven to cook/reheat.... not that hard.Also, change your store set up from time to time by moving shelving and icecream freezer to different locations inside the store or turn them sideways opposite to how they currently are or are at the time the are changed, make your store more interesting and inviting to all types of your customers.... something more that will make your customers come in and be attracted to your stores.... Dandenong North store on heatherton Road/James Street in particular.

Two different workers are so rude and simply look like they hate life. I get working gets tiring. But not everyone has to deal with your grumpiness and plain rudeness. You have one job.

It was 36 degrees today and while riding stopped at got a Slurpee. Great value and a real thirst quencher for $1.00 !

The coffee lid absorbed coffee like a sponge

The Slurpee Machine has been down for over 2 weeks, that I know of. Get it fixed! It's the only reason I go to 7/11!!!

Dodgy operator, Be aware! just realised when I got home that He charge me for $3.50 coffee super that I didn't purchase! We only buy petrol. He was busy eating and hiding behind the counter so he didn't see I was coming to pay. I guess he didn't pay attention at all just clicked whatever he pleased, not even greeting the customer. i went to this 7-11 to get an iced coffee and i broke the cup for the coffee, understandably that was my fault. i went to the cashier to ask if it was okay if i could grab another cup because i broke mine and he cut me off and told me that i hit the cup (to break the ice) too hard and thats why it broke in a passive aggressive tone and he basically shooed my off but did let me grab another cup. i understand if he is just having a bad day but being unprofessional is unacceptable.

Went in the store last night just before 10pm. At least 10 people moving in and out. Not a single person wearing a mask except for myself. That includes the 7-11 employee working. I pointed this out to him and he was clueless. This is totally unacceptable in the world we currently live in. I will never return to this store. No respect for public health.
