We had Ben from Britlock come to look at our job that was a bit tricky....installing original backsets into two new French doors. The original backsets were now too large for the wood surround. As we wanted to use our original handles (as they match the rest of the house), Ben said he would go and see what he could source, but wasn't too hopeful. We were very impressed by his can do attitude, and thinking up other solutions to fix the problem if he couldn't find smaller backsets. However, we were thrilled that he was able to source smaller backsets.He and his partner Joe worked solidly for over 5 hrs doing the installing. No fuss at all....just getting the job done and being proud of their work. They cleaned up the area after they finished (vacuumed the area as well), wore masks, and were very respectful of our house. We would have no hesitation in recommending them both and their workmanship. We would definitely use their services again. Well done, Ben and Joe

I mindlessly locked myself out today, and Bin came in less than half an hour, which is really just unheard of these days! He was kind and professional, and if I ever lock myself out again, I’ll make sure to give Bin and Britlock a call! 7/5!

Ben runs a very professional business. Very courteous and very helpful and very honest. John did my small jobs quickly and efficiently and I was reminded of me how lucky we are in this country to have such excellent tradespeople. Nothing was too much trouble and pricing very fair. You don't get better. Thoroughly recommended.

Both Vince & Nick (Locksmith) from Britlock Locksmiths were super professional, honest & more importantly helpful with my situation of my keys being stolen & not being able to leave my apartment to work as the person is known to me who stole my keys & I was very worried of a break-in.I made the call, spoke to Vince & within 20mins Nick was at my door & explained the process to me, gave me an excellent price & the job was done within 10mins.He was also very personable & you can tell he has 19 years of experience. He also made sure he didn't make a mess when changing the locks.10/10 & I will be contacting them again to install CCTV in my apartment. More than a recommend.

Ben and Joe did an amazing job installing 40 drawer/cupboard handles all over the house. Nothing was too tricky and they were great problem solvers. They also installed new door handles, privacy nibs and deadlocks as well as reprogramming a key pad. They were great with clearing up the woodshavings too. I'd highly recommended them.
