Goonellabah Pharmacy Alliance

On three seperate occasions I have gone to get my script refilled and the shop has been closed inside of their trading hours.This is a large inconvenience to those who work long day hours and rely on store information to access critical medication.

After being stung by low quality specimen jars in the past it is good to know that I can count on quality when I need it.

Perfect, on point customer service and beautiful products. I can always find a gift and dropping my scripts is so convenient for us. Thanks Judy for a great business

I just wanted to thank the staff at Goonellabah Pharmacy for their ongoing care and support of my parents. They have been kind, patient and informative to our entire family and particularly my aged parents. Recently one of the pharmacists Joy was incredibly helpful when my mother needed a Webster Pack while out of town. Joy went above and beyond to help us sort it out. Everybody at the pharmacy is terrific and we are so grateful that our family is in such caring hands.

When my family got sick and tired of the huge queues and waiting times at the big name chemist up the road (I'm sure you've heard of he warehouse I'm referring to), we switched to the smaller Alliance Pharmacy in the Goonellabah Village shopping Centre. I have had nothing but excellent service and a friendly, caring attitude from all the staff. When I can walk in with a script, and be out again within 10 minutes with a smile, its a no brainer why Imy family won't go back to the other huge store.

Having frequented this chemist for my scripts, It's been a real shame. While the pharmacists seem to genuinely care and go out of their way to help, one of the older cashiers or service manager is just condescending and cold on many occasions.On one occasion, I received a bill in the mail for two scripts a few weeks apart. Knowing I had already paid for these weeks earlier, and having the bank transactions to prove it, I fronted up and asked if there's any chance this could be wrong. This cashier dismissed any potential that it might be wrong in a demeaning way. Presented with the transactions from my bank, she grew flustered, then blaming the system"

Today, I needed to purchase a Specimen jar for a friend but also needed to go to a supermarket for a couple of items so I thought I would go to Coles at Goonellabah and the Alliance Pharmacy at the same Shopping Centre. Hence killing two birds with one stone.Now, I usually go to Chemist Warehouse in Goonellabah but as I said I wanted to kill two birds with the one stone.I knew that the Specimen jars at Chemist Warehouse were less than $1.00 each so I expected to pay a little extra but surprise, surprise, $2.50 each. Although I bought the two jars I needed just out of necessity but I think a mark up like this is pure profiteering.So if you want to get ripped off, go to Alliance Pharmacy at Goonellabah.Update on 16/12/2021.Today I received a response from Alliance Pharmacy regarding my review from about 12 months ago.I do not accept their reply to my review because at the end of the day, a Specimen Jar is a Specimen Jar. They Jars from Chemist Warehouse and Alliance Pharmacy are identical and work the exact same way. Both are as Leak Proof" as the other which is the only thing you want it do.At the end of the day
